Shape "sad" eyebrows (4 simple tips)

There is no "right" eyebrow shape but lots of nice ones! Narrow, wide, straight, tall, pointed, rounded, fluffy, sharp, etc :) Nothing is wrong!

What you should be aware of is that different shapes give different effects, we talk and gesture so much with the eyes and only by looking at the eyebrows can you tell if a person is angry, sad, surprised or skeptical.

I had a customer at the salon who had plucked their eyebrows quite a lot at the top, it made the shape down, which in itself is not a wrong shape but you do not get the effect of the brow that most people want - that they should look up!

She wanted help to remedy this, so we did :)

Here you see before and after:

When (as in this case) there is no straw needed to shape, the person needs to come back when the brows have grown more.

But you can do a lot right away!

    1. Pick at the bottom edge in the middle of the brow to raise the shape
    2. Pick / cut the eyebrows at the top towards the nose, so that you lower that part a little
    3. Color the eyebrows so that the straws that are at the top come out!
    4. I not only fill in with a pencil but show the person how to fill it in at home while you wait for the eyebrows to grow out.

Here you see what the shape looked like after just picking and color as well:

The pen I used is glo Skin Beauty Micro Browliner in the shade Dark Brown.

That pen is really good for this type of eyebrow where you want precision! Because in most of the eyebrows she hardly needs to fill in because she has a lot of her own straws, but then there are some gaps where she needs make-up on the skin to get in shape.

Very lower edge for a continuous base (especially on one edge that has a small hole in it at the lower edge), but mainly in the middle part on the top of the edge (where you want the highest point for a lifting edge shape) because it is the part that almost completely missing.

What a difference! She was very happy and booked a new time immediately afterwards so it was really fun to have her in the make-up chair :)

    1. So sick well done! You're really good at making sure that everyone you put on looks like that's exactly how they look if you understand what I mean. Not made up in any way but as a more confident version of themselves.
This is a shining example of just that.
