“The make-up was great! Then you have two smooth rings on the left ring finger? Have I missed something??"
Glad you thought of that! I actually did not understand that these are typical wedding rings, "where is the ring with the diamond?" I asked mom hahaha :)
I looked for nice gold rings in my mother's old jewelry box and found these (and all the others I have on my fingers) and when my mother said that they were her wedding rings from when she was married to my father, it became even more fun that I wore them so they were allowed to remain.
Awesome good when you go out and shake off ragged guys, then you do not have to say that you have a boyfriend but can go big and talk about your husband and the beautiful wedding we had! And if they do not believe me, it says dad's name and engagement / marriage dates in the rings. So then Miska will be called Stig for a while, and the dates will stand for our birth dates instead. I was born 93 when they got engaged, but Stig-Miska gets a little younger than me because they did not get married until 96. So my husband suddenly went from 6 years older to 3 years younger, but it's small potatoes;)
Aha! That explains it! Smart to wave your hand if you get troublesome types after you! I myself have my mother's engagement ring, but on the other hand and the middle finger. Has inherited it, she no longer exists, so it feels pretty good to have it.
hahahahaha;) You are crazy !!
