But this year I probably have the odds on my side because my dear steak friend Matthias has made one training schedule to me. It has become thousand times more fun to train! Swimmed 2 times this weekend, and have been exercising 3 times this week, and it has baara been fun!
Feels much better also when you know which muscle groups you need to fight with the most, and get help so you do everything Right. Now that I have learned a lot, I understand why I never got any noticeable results from exercising. I simply sucked. But now there will be other buns;)
