I absolutely believe that many supplements are good for health and thus also reflected in the appearance, even though I also believe that much of what is on the market is completely unnecessary to put in.<\/p>\n

But I have never tried a dietary supplement that has actually given visible results - until now!<\/p>\n

I always bleach the growth exactly every two months\u00a0(it's been two months now)<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0and therefore always know how much has grown out of it. And I can say, without a doubt, that I usually never have this long outgrowth this time!<\/p>\n

It is namely the case that two months ago I ate a 30-day course with tablets for hair and nails<\/a>\u00a0from Yves Rocher. And that's the only explanation I have for why my hair may have grown extra much! :)<\/p>\n

The difference in the nails is difficult to say exactly, because I have done nail reinforcement at the salon. However, this with the nails may also be due to the fact that they are not as long as I did before, and that I have become more careful in lubricating the cuticles. So that it would be the tablets, I dare not stand for 100%, but since I have no other explanation for the hair has grown so why not? :)<\/p>\n
