Alcohol = dehydration, you have learned, which is true.<\/p>\n

But when I read the table of contents of Weleda's products which are natural and very good, and saw that they contain alcohol, I started googling around and have found a lot of information on the subject that you probably find interesting! :)<\/p>\n

For example, products with alcohol should not be used to dry out e.g. pimples, an oily skin only produces even more fat if it becomes dry and the skin does not feel good from being dried out with alcohol. And you should also be careful and not use alcohol products too often, for example Mixing Liquid (which is used to attach glitter) is not something you should use daily.<\/p>\n

BUT organic \/ organic products can usually contain alcohol, and there should be no danger at all as the caring and natural ingredients compensate so that the product never becomes dehydrating for the skin.<\/p>\n

What alcohol does in organic products, is partly to preserve the product so that it does not get old - this way you do not have to use synthetic preservatives, which is good! In addition, it "brings out" the usefulness of the plants so that those substances become more active.<\/p>\n

So do not be afraid that there is alcohol in the table of contents of natural products! :)<\/p>\n
