I did a bright blue make-up earlier this week, and here comes an almost identical but more smoky and party.<\/p>\n

\nBright blue eye shadow<\/span><\/strong> in the middle of the eyelid.
\nDark blue eye shadow<\/span><\/strong> at the end of the eyelid and at the end of the lower lash line.
\nGray-black eye shadow<\/span> <\/strong>sooted at the tip of the eye.
\nBlue eye shadow<\/span><\/strong> (second at the top of the palette)<\/em> \u00a0at the bottom of the lower lash line.
\nBlack eyeliner<\/span><\/strong> along the upper and lower lash line,\u00a0Lumene Blueberry Intense Liner Waterproof<\/a>.
\nBlack eyeliner<\/span><\/strong> along the waterline, Emite Makeup Eye Pencil (Ladies)<\/a>
\nBlack mascara<\/span><\/strong> on all lashes, Lumene Cloudberry Volume Serum Mascara<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
