Do you think it's nice with dark eye shadow sooted around the eyes, but do not really thrive in the dark and intense feeling you get? In such cases, I recommend keeping the waterline light, and skip the eyeliner!<\/p>\n

If you only have a dark eye shadow soaked around the eyes and skip framing the look with an eyeliner, you get a very soft result and your eyes will not look as dark even though the eye shadow really is :)<\/p>\n
