When it was time to show you the day's make - up, my sister called and ordered me to come with her and train! I got there because I let her take the job as my personal trainer, and because I told her to be tough because I always have excuses not to follow\u2026;)<\/span><\/p>\n

The most important thing for me is that it should at least be fun to train, and Mia is good at that! Among other things, we jogged backwards and rocked a rock ring.<\/p>\n

There will be a little extra abdominal training of all laughter attacks as well, I really can not be serious when I do not train alone! When we train our arms with dumbbells, we have to stand with our backs to each other so that I do not psych her with my laughing, haha. It must look incredibly fun for those who walk by, Mia trains with a serious look and super big weights, while I stand the other way, with my dumbbells without weights, just the small bar, and crazy laughs :)<\/p>\n

My glamorous party make-up and long painted nails do not immediately make me look more serious, luckily I do not train in a packed gym haha!<\/p>\n

In any case, I'm good at coming out and taking the training! Starting to get a real vulture neck of all blogging :)<\/p>\n

Now I will take a long and comfortable shower, then it will be a much-needed beauty sleep. Today's make-up you will see tomorrow instead!<\/p>\n
