Yesterday at the internship, a customer came in who wanted a black sweep. And then I got to watch when David made her up!<\/p>\n

I have shown quite a few different kinds of black soot here on the blog, both "regular" and step by step.<\/div>\n

But now I was going to show you how to "do", and how a real makeup artist interprets a black sweep:<\/div>\n

(All eye shadows are from the 180 palette)<\/em><\/div>\n

Gray eye shadow on the entire eyelid.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
If you are going to soot with 2 different colors, it is smart to start with an "intermediate color" over the eyelid. In this case, I will soot with white and black, so the transition will be gray.<\/em><\/div>\n

White eye shadow on the inside of the eyelid.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Then you can put the colors you want to soot over the gray.<\/em><\/div>\n

Black eye shadow at the end of the eyelid and along the eyeball line.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
White eye shadow (highlighter) under the eyebrow.<\/div>\n

Blur the edges.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
It's a matter of taste how much you should erase. David has a lot of highlighter and shadows a lot. Annika prefers smaller highlighters and sharper edges. I usually choose something in between!<\/em><\/div>\n

Black eye shadow on the lower lash line.<\/div>\n
Black eyeliner on inner and upper lash line, H&M<\/em>.<\/div>\n

The belly becomes more intense if you put on dark make-up on the lower lash line.<\/em><\/div>\n

Mascara on, then it's ready!<\/div>\n
