If you want a dark party make-up, without really wanting to be dark around the eyes, you can think of the following:<\/div>\n

First, do not apply makeup beyond the eyeball line. Then only the dark is visible when you blink.<\/div>\n
Second, have a light eyeshadow on the lower lash line and skip the dark eyeliner or dark eyeshadow there.<\/div>\n
And third, having highlighter in the corner of your eye brightens your gaze!<\/div>\n
