The other day I received this email:<\/p>\n

"Hello! I read your post about highlighter for oily skin and am so grateful that you wrote it, have oily skin myself and love luster but thought I can not have it on my skin because man, as you write, looks like a disco ball when it's both oil and glowy makeup together. You also wrote that you had photographed the entire base step by step and now I wonder if you still have those pictures? I think the whole base was absolutely perfect, it looks opaque while it looks natural and lustrous. I thought it sounded exciting when you wrote that it is both oil-free and depressing, but still the whole does not become completely dull and flat. Would be so happy if you can blog about what you used, I want to twist everything straight off haha! Hug!"<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Here is the whole base step by step:<\/p>\n

Here you see my skin before, then after covering products and then completely finished with contourig, blush and eyebrows!<\/p>\n

Paese Makeup Base Matte<\/a> - A debilitating face primer that is great for oily skin!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I massage it properly into the skin, it should not only lie on the surface but work it in properly.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Pixi H2O Skintint<\/a> is an oil-free foundation, it is not debilitating but also does not make the skin more oily. On the other hand, it gives the skin a nice glow and a very natural coverage.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Here you see half the face with foundation and half without. The side with foundation still looks natural, but there is still a big difference in skin tone. I use the shade 1 Cream in this post.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The most important step in keeping your skin matte is a good powder that absorbs a lot of oil! Paese Bamboo Silk Powder<\/a>\u00a0together with the degrading primer is great for reducing shine.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And when I apply the powder, I not only sweep it thin but put a thick layer and buffer it into the skin, we want a lot of fatigue! :) For this I use Nanshy Buffed Base Brush<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist<\/a> I spray on to make all products blend together and also give a little more life and radiance to the skin, while the whole base becomes more durable.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

But after fixing the mist, I want to put a little more slowdown on the areas that are most oily, such as the apple cheeks and the T-zone. Then I sweep on a thin layer of Paese Bamboo silk power again.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

With a lustrous highlighter (applied in a way that is more optimal for oily skin as you can read in my previous post here<\/a>), contouring, blush and eyebrows on it and the whole base is ready!<\/p>\n

The result is a base that keeps the skin matte longer while it is natural and has a fresh glow.<\/p>\n
