    Not having eye shadow or mascara on the underside of the eyes means that the eye shape becomes more "lifted" instead of enlarged \/ more open as it becomes if you put both up & down. In addition, you do not feel as much make-up - as soon as you get color under the eyes, the whole look feels more made-up, which is neither a bow nor a bee, but a good thing to think about if you want to use a lot of make-up but are not used to and have difficulty feeling feel comfortable in it :)<\/p>\n
