I did this make-up on a bride-to-be who is getting married this Saturday and will then do her own bridal make-up :)<\/p>\n

She booked a make-up consultation incl. products with me at Creative Makeup<\/a> in Uppsala, which is really a good investment if you are going to do your own bridal make-up, because there are many details you need to think about compared to a regular make-up. For example. should it be photographed with flash? Are you going to take black and white photos too? It should last from morning to evening, etc. At a consultation, you get help with all these things while you learn to do all the makeup on your own - and also the products so that you can do exactly the same at home later!<\/p>\n

And the tips and products are of use for a very long time afterwards as well, it's not just for a single day :)<\/p>\n

A natural makeup with a light base (so that the fine freckles shine through) only eye shadow on the top of the eyes for a raised look and a nice color on the lips. The eyebrows are tattooed at our salon, by Ida :) So we have not filled them in at all.<\/p>\n

She has normal skin type and we found with a face primer that gives a very nice glow. Then light coverage with semi-opaque foundation all over the face and finished with a full-coverage concealer under the eyes. She did not have much to cover under her eyes today but I showed this because she said that some days she is quite dark under the eyes. Then contouring, blush and fixing mist on it!<\/p>\n

EYEBROW:

EYES:

We only put the eye makeup on the top of the eyes, partly because it gives a nice lift to the gaze but also so that she does not have to be as careful when it comes to tears. The mascara on the lower lashes lasts well, but if you cry a lot, it can be nice to not have to think about having a lot of makeup under the eyes.<\/p>\n

LIPS:<\/strong>
\nLipstick - glo Lipstick<\/a> (Love potion)<\/p>\n

I added a thin layer of lipstick, the color becomes more gentle and nice and also it becomes extra kiss-friendly then :)<\/p>\n
