Beauty comes from within as they say, and it really is. It is very important to feel good!<\/p>\n

And by feeling good, I do not mean exercise, eat healthy and buy expensive skin creams.<\/p>\n

When I feel good, I am simply very happy with life!<\/p>\n

As I wrote yesterday, I really felt I needed to sleep. I went to bed without sounding the alarm, and now I woke up after sleeping constantly for 12 hours.<\/p>\n

Now I'll turn on the coffee maker, jump in the shower, and then it's a cozy breakfast with hair wrap and face mask!<\/p>\n
