Make-up that suits everything and always

Today I have done a step-by-step make-up that is perfect for you who want a safe card that fits everything. It is partly good when you have makeup decision anxiety, but also for people who are not as interested in makeup who want to know an eyeshadow makeup that works regardless of the event.

It is a make-up that enlarges the look and gives the eyes a soft frame, and to show you what I mean, today I will show you four different looks with exactly the same eye makeup!

A job look and an everyday look with bright lips, and a party look and a gala look with dark red lips. But apart from lips and fast styling, it is exactly the same make-up on all pictures :)

Hope you are inspired!

What do you think? Simple and nice, but still not too simple;)

The only thing I have used (apart from bass makeup as always) is the Minimal Makeup palette from Pixi plus a black eye shadow. With this palette I have done both contouring and blush as well as eye makeup :)

I have used just about all the shadows in the palette, some for the face and some for the eyes.

And if you want to be even nicer, if you are going to a gala or wedding, for example, this make-up works great even then!

Or what do you say? :) ♥

Morning luxury for dry skin

3

In the morning you want everything to go as fast as possible, I do too, but to sometimes sometimes pamper the skin a little extra is such a heavenly nice start to the day!

Exfoliate the face, wear a face mask at the breakfast tables and finish with a softening day cream, it can be the savior in need of a dry skin that is tight, dull and flaky. The skin gets a nice glow and the basic make-up will be nicer and last much better :)

IMG_7098_111

I myself am pretty dry in the face now, which does not happen that often. I suspect that it's because I rolled my face with Swiss Skin Roller and that the skin "replaces" a little right now :) Anyway, the products you see in the picture above, I started the morning with today, and it feels absolutely wonderful!

IMG_7118_111

Clean and exfoliate
Cleanse the skin with Sanctum Cream Cleanser and exfoliate with a face sponge from Konjac Sponge to get a clean complexion and peel off any skin flakes.

The cleanser is 100% natural and 76% organic, and contains coconut oil and Yucca cactus extract, among other things. It is moisturizing, cleansing and very gentle on the skin and is also suitable for sensitive skin.

The facial sponge cleanses the skin by removing impurities, dead skin cells and excess oil in the skin. In the picture I have 100% pure which is completely pure cognac (the roots of a potato plant) and it also exfoliates visible skin flakes in a very gentle way.

Face mask
Moisturize the skin with a face mask! Sanctum Hydrating Gel Mask is a soothing and incredibly moisturizing face mask with 100% natural ingredients of which 98% are organically certified.

This mask is also super nice around the eyes in the morning, it is cool and lovely and helps against bags under the eyes :)

Moisturizing day cream
And what is a must for anyone with dry skin is a good face cream to apply in the morning, I use Sanctum Moisture Replenish which is very moisturizing at the same time as it enters the skin quickly and therefore also suits me with oily skin.

The day cream contains 100% natural ingredients of which 84% are organically certified, including vitamin E, squalane (from Oliver) and jojoba oil.

Makeup Revolution Palette (Eyeshadow tutorial)

Today you get another make-up done with the eyeshadow palette Ultra 32 Shade Eyeshadow Palette from Makeup Revolution, I wanted to do another make-up with the palette before you get a detailed review :)

The palette contains many earthy tones, so it has become such a make-up today, a slightly murky make-up in five different tones that blend together really nicely! I have faded out the eyeshadow in the globe line but the rest is almost just a dab, they fold very nicely automatically.

The eyeshadows with the hearts on are the ones I have used in the make-up.

Group makeup class

Last Saturday I had an extremely fun working day at the salon!

I am alone with doing treatments on Saturdays (work every other day) and Miska is involved and helps in the store. And first of all, I had many lash and brow treatments in the morning, which was fun, and then after closing, I had my first makeup course in a group! :)

And to be the very first for me and my products (Annika has had courses like this at the salon before) I was incredibly happy with everything! It was a group of five girls, one of whom wore a make-up model and was made up by me, and at the same time as I showed the make-up tips step by step, the others got to hang out and put on make-up themselves.

IMG_6730_111

I had set the table with mirrors, make-up brushes, napkins, tops and products for everyone, so they each had a make-up place prepared when they arrived.

And an hour before the course, they came by and picked up their drink tickets, because we offer a glass of bubbly at Hugo W right next door before the course starts. And it was really appreciated by everyone! Luxurious start to get everyone together and settle down in peace and quiet and talk a little shit before :)

When everyone came, they each got a coffee, and so we started!

IMG_6739_111

Everyone had quite different experiences and wishes, so we did a make-up that is suitable for both everyday and for parties, so those who wanted party make-up could choose darker colors and those who wanted more natural could choose lighter.

And I have to say that it was very educational, not only for them but for me too :) Perfect way for me to see what people who are not as familiar with makeup think is difficult and not, so I got some blog material inspiration and also ideas on how to be a little more educational when explaining :)

But I have to say that it was incredibly fun to help the people who put on make-up themselves! To not just give tips and say "this is how you do it" like when I show in the blog or have private make-up consultations and make-up everything myself. Without also being allowed to help and show e.g. "Fade out the shadow more like this so you get a more invigorating result" and then you can show on one eye so the person sees the difference, and then do the same on the other eye yourself.

Feedback and help on the stack, but still being able to do most things yourself, is the best way to learn :)

After the course, everyone was nice and happy, and had a 10% discount on our entire range. One of them said one thing to me that warmed a lot, and that was that she appreciated how meticulous I was with details, and that I said very useful tips. She had been to a private make-up consultation at another place before but thought she got more out of mine, so it was absolutely wonderful to hear! ♥

IMG_6747_111

I have made some changes to the layout after trying to have an evening like this, and in the future I will finish the person wearing the make-up model first, and then everyone else will have to start putting on make-up. Think it's easier for both me and them :)

Group makeup course costs SEK 450 per person, and you have 10% on the entire range and are offered a glass of bubbly at Hugo W before the course starts. You can read more about the layout at Creativemakeup.se.

Do you have any ideas / wishes / responses on how you would like to set up a makeup course like this to book yourself in with a bunch of friends? All tips are welcome!

Hugs are :)
