One of my best friends called me with a little panic a few weeks ago, and wondered what shade she has in Yag minerals foundation when hers had run out.

That is because she every winter suffers of extremely dry skin and atopic eczema on the neck and all over the face, and this year it has become so much that the skin even cracks and bleeds when she showers. The rash is red, itchy and hurts a lot!

It's probably not just me who has winter dry lips right now, I have been so bad at lubricating them since I lost my Balm Lipgloss from Paese which has been out of stock for a while. Do not know where I may have put it… But now it is in stock again!

Paese Balm Lip Gloss is a lip gloss that is as moisturizing and caring as a lip balm, and it is so soft and nice on the lips! I use it even when I am unmade up and like it a lot. And it was very popular in the webshop so I know that I am not the only one who is overjoyed now that it is back because I have received several questions about it :)

The lip gloss contains, among other things:
Meadowfoam oil - contains vitamins A and E and a unique fatty acid composition. Moisturizes and softens the skin. Quickly absorbed by the skin and protects against transepidermal water escape (TEWL - the skin becomes dry due to water disappearing from the body through the skin).

I want to tell you about Yvonne Rydings skin care products that I got home as a press sample a while ago!

What I have tested is shower cream, body oil and a deodorant.

All three products have the same scent and the same packaging, really nice on the bathroom shelf and I love the dark pink color!

I like the scent very much too, it is very fresh and smells "freshly washed", and even though it does not say in any description, my nose wants to connect the scent to raspberries as well :) The scent can probably feel a little too perfumed for you who do not like it , because it is very clear, but it is not at all prickly or troublesome in the nose but relatively mild nonetheless.

The shower cream is creamy and generous, you do not need much at all for the whole body. It foams just enough and I think it's super nice with a pump bottle!

The shower gel has a pH value that suits the whole body, and can therefore also be used on the face. However, I have not tested this myself as I have my facial care that I enjoy, but it is great for you who do not want so many different products.

The body oil can be used in several different ways, either directly on the skin as it is, or in the shower on moist skin. You can even pour a few drops into the bathtub when taking a bath! Or foot bath :)

I use it directly on dry skin, it does not become painfully oily but is absorbed quickly and the skin becomes very smooth and comfortable afterwards!

The scent differs slightly from the other products, as you can also feel the scents from the oils. The oils it is made from are avocado oil, rapeseed oil, lavender oil, rosemary oil and giant evening primrose oil which together moisturize, soothe, nourish and build up the skin.

In other words, I give a thumbs up to these products that are great both to buy for yourself or give away as a gift! :)

Many do not thrive in "classic New Year's make-up" which is dark and very glittery, but feels best in a natural look. A tip to then make your natural make-up a little more adapted for New Year's Eve, is to just apply a little glitter in the corner of the eye!

Even bright glitter, and just a little bit of it, blends nicely and will make the whole make-up festive. I wore gold glitter on Christmas Eve, and only supplemented with mascara, and got a lot of compliments :)

The best and most durable way is to use some type of glitter glue, for example, Mixing Liquid liquid from Make Up Store. But maybe you do not want to buy it for just one evening, but maybe stand there with some nice glitter from the children's craft boxes and have no idea how to attach it to the skin without having glitter all over your face.

A tip is to take a tiny bit of hair gel on the finger (I use the boyfriend's styling cream) and dab it in the corner of the eye, then take some glitter on the same finger and dab it in the corner of the eye as well. Then the glitter attaches well and nicely and it only takes a few seconds to do!
