The skin looks much more vibrant and healthy if it has a lot of radiance. And for the summer when you get a little tan, it is extra nice with natural make-up with a focus on a well-made foundation with a fresh glow.
With the help of a highlighter, you can get that perfect summer complexion with a nice glow, but keep in mind that there is a difference between shimmer and luster. You are not looking for a slightly glittery skin, but one more in the gloss direction (without it looking greasy of course). Then it becomes more natural!
So highligters with a lot of shimmer you should not have much of in the face such as on the nose and forehead, then it will look a little strange when you shimmer in the sun. Choose one that is as shimmery as possible, so that it only becomes a nice glow in the skin.
To get a natural glow, I highly recommend nudh minerals highlighter Pale Shimmer, which gives luster without looking glittery and is absolutely superb :)
An "old" picture, but here I have captured the luster well with the camera :)
If you have very large pores and / or fine lines on the face, you should, however, be careful with too much radiance in those areas as it can highlight such irregularities.
Hug!
