I have to ask - where does your "slogan" come from? "Never trust a smiling makeup artist". Does it have a story? Would be fun to hear! : D

Haha, glad you asked!

It started with my sister Mia, who then trained as an assistant nurse, getting a shirt from the school where it said "Never trust a smiling nurse”On.

Then we joked that you can say that about make-up too, because most of the time it was Mia who made me up when I was going out, and every time she smiled they knew she had done something crazy!

Then when I started blogging about makeup, I wanted a unique name and a unique header. So then it became ”Imakeyousmile.se ” and Never trust a smiling makeup artist”And this header:

Know that there are many who started following me after my header change last winter, and may not have connected these three :)

Now I have been sitting on a bench in front of the computer all day, and just tinkering with pictures and texts for all the new products in the webshop!

Nudh mineral is an all-Swedish brand developed to suit all skin types, even those with sensitive skin, Rosacea or adult teenage acne. Without talc, oil, bismuth, preservative and perfume.

The products I love most in the range (there is nothing I do not like) are their foundation, bronzing powder and concealers. You get such an extremely natural result that is barely felt on the skin!

But as I said, everything is great, among the lip gloss I have found my favorite shade this fall and the mascara is nice even on my chaos lashes :)

The very best are the prices, that a Swedish (and thus more environmentally friendly) make-up brand with fine minerals and caring substances can still have a decent price is great! A foundation, for example, costs SEK 199.

Soon also comes their new autumn shade which is gaalet good looking!

Here are 6 out of 11 eye shadows (there are 10 colors in the webshop now, the shadow on the far right will come later this autumn)

On the first order, I took in quite a few of each product, but do not be afraid that there are so few in stock. When I see which products are most popular, I will buy more directly, the delivery time from the company is not long.

I will also bring in loose powder and product samples (which I just happened to miss) and of course all the news that comes as this is a fairly new brand that is constantly evolving.

This makeup brand is here to stay! Unlike Peggy Sage who I probably will not take in more (even though it was planned). I will remove all products that are out of stock, so you can fight for those that are left!

Autumn is here, and colors such as burgundy, purple, plum and eggplant are starting to appear more and more in vogue.

Therefore, today's look is a dark but colorful make-up in real autumn!

All shadows come from Eleven 180 Palette unless otherwise stated.

Lavender purple eye shadow on the entire eyelid.
Light eye shadow in the corner of the eye and under the brow.
Plum purple eye shadow at the bottom of the lower lash line.
Maroon eye shadow at the bottom of the lower lash line.
Bright, golden eye shadow in the corner of the eye and up on the eyelid.
Black eye shadow at the end of the lower lash line and the eyelid, and along the globe line, gloMinerals (Sable)
White eyeliner along the waterline, IsaDora Inliner Kajal (50 Satin White)
Black eyeliner narrow along the upper and lower lash line, Peggy Sage Waterproof Pen (Noir)

Want to tell you about a makeup site that I just became a member of!

MinMakeupArtist.se it is called and is great both for us who work in makeup, and for companies / individuals who need to hire makeup artists. It also contains several makeup blogs if you just want inspiration! :)

As a new makeup artist (or future), you can get a lot of information, inspiration, publicity and help to get new assignments.

And as a company / individual, you can easily apply for makeup artists with specific qualifications. Your company may need to photograph new advertising images, or it may be you who need the perfect makeup artist for the wedding.

There is also very useful information about training, contracts, salaries, etc.

Among other things, I was attached to Industry blogs where you can read a lot about masks and more extreme makeup :)
