Finally Wednesday, and Laila and Pernilla's new blog portal is now officially open!

You will find my posts under the tab Fashion & Beauty, where I blog together with the fashion blogger Therese Hollgren.

There are several posts out there already, including a tutorial on Kim Kardashian's smokey eyes!

My mother was shocked when I said the name of the website, "no mom I'm not going to be a mom, I'm just going to blog about makeup !! ” The poor thing almost had a heart attack :)

Come in and take a look Modernmom.se

Could you show me how I can use my green eye pencil (the waterproof one from Yves Rocher) for a nice and simple everyday make-up ?? Love green and think it is super nice but do not really know how to use it for everyday?

For an everyday make-up, I would apply it narrowly and sharply on any part of the lash lines, upper or lower.

Shows an example (fixed with turquoise) where I laid on half the waterline and almost the entire lower lash line.

And so I could not help but supplement with mine green mascara also! ;)

Really cheers up life!
By the way, I have used the 180 palette.

Light golden eye shadow deepest on the eyelid.

Golden eye shadow at the end of the eyelid.

Also sooted the globe line and at the end of the lower lash line with one matte brown eye shadow.

White eyeliner at the bottom of the waterline, H&M.
Turquoise eyeliner (your green) at the end of the waterline and along the lower lash line, Yves Rocher waterproof eyeliner (highly recommend!)

Black mascara on the upper lashes,  IsaDora Dynamic Lash Growth
Green mascara
on the lower lashes, Make Up Store - Colored Mascara (Green)

Red lip gloss (oh how nice it is!) IsaDora Moisturizing Lip Gloss (21 Red Carpet)

Hope you are satisfied!

Eyeliner - Round eyes

Emelie sa…
I have very large round eyes and find it difficult to apply eyeliner on the top of the eye, usually I only apply on half the eyelid. Want to get those "cat eyes" but never succeed, do you know anything I can think of?

You are already thinking right, if you have big round eyes and want more cat eyes, then you should focus on the outer edges!

1. Personally, I think it is always best to apply eyeliner along the whole the eyelid if you use a liquid eyeliner, because a liquid gives such sharp finishes.

2. Then I would recommend that you add a very, very thin eyeliner on the inside of the eye just closest to the lashes, and then paint it much wider when you have passed half the eye.

3. It is also a good idea to mark half lower lash line with black eyeliner, which you can also tie together with the eyeliner in the outer corner of the eye.

4. In addition, you can shape with eyelashes by, for example, placing single false eyelashes on the outer part of the eye, or simply marking the lashes on the outer edges (both up and down) by applying more / just mascara on them.

Hope you understood everything!
