Black sweeping with a turquoise color click.
Add one shimmery highlighter shadow innermost on the eyelid and innermost on the lower lash line,
as well as in the corner of the eye and under the brow.
This "opens up" the eyes a bit, so you do not get it there the skull feeling that the eyes are two black holes. It will be a little easier to carry up the sweeping then :)
Before I start applying the black eye shadow, I protect the basic make-up under the eyes with a thick layer loose powder.
I only do this on make-up with dark shadows, if eye shadow falls under the eye then it does nothing - it is easily polished off with the loose powder when you are done!
Lashliner - Mark the upper lash line with black eye shadow.
This is to avoid the gap that can easily arise between the mascara and the make-up itself. The gap is especially visible on black soot!
Lashliner can also be done with mascara, eyeliner, liquid eyeliner (preferably gel or cake). It's a matter of taste what you like to work with!

Now the sweeping itself is ready! There are thousands of ways to then "spice it up" more if you want, for example glitter!
I chose eyeliner and a splash of color!

You can also easily vary a black sweep to what you feel best in, for example skip the dark eye shadow on the lower lash line for a less intense impression.
