But I have never tried a dietary supplement that has actually given visible results - until now!
I always bleach the growth exactly every two months (it's been two months now) and therefore always know how much has grown out of it. And I can say, without a doubt, that I usually never have this long outgrowth this time!
It is namely the case that two months ago I ate a 30-day course with tablets for hair and nails from Yves Rocher. And that's the only explanation I have for why my hair may have grown extra much! :)

However, this with the nails may also be due to the fact that they are not as long as I did before, and that I have become more careful in lubricating the cuticles. So that it would be the tablets, I dare not stand for 100%, but since I have no other explanation for the hair has grown so why not? :)
