Do you want to emphasize the brown in the eyes more than the green, you use what highlights brown eyes - Cold shades such as. blue.
And you just want to emphasize the green in the eyes, stick to the contrasting color to green - lila.
If you want to emphasize the whole eye color which contains several colors, then you use the contrasting colors of both colors in the same make-up. Then both eye colors are highlighted at the same time. :)
