It's a little difficult to disconnect from work and relax when you are self-employed and have lots of things you would like / need to grab. I could not fall asleep yesterday, so I worked until 12 at night and then I lay awake in bed to 2 o'clock and watched New Girl haha.
But today I took a nap until 11 and have prepared with lots of coziness out in the garden with music and homemade, ice-cold nettle tea in the hammock in the sun. Really wonderful!
