To get a soot really, really black, you can base with a black eyeliner on the entire eyelid!
However, with most pencils, you should apply a black eyeshadow as well. This is because the make-up should last all day without sagging, but also because it gets a little nicer sooted at the edges with a shadow!
Also add a color click under the eye!
1. Add one black eyeliner on the entire eyelid, gloMinerals Precision Eye Pencil (Black)
2. Blur the edges.
3. Put on one black eye shadow and blur a little more. Smashbox (from a palette that is no longer available for purchase)
4. Black eyeliner along the waterline and down the lash line, and at the end of the lash line.
Turquoise kajal at the bottom of the lower lash line, slightly below the black eyeliner in the middle, Yves Rocher Waterproof Kajal (Turquoise)
5. End with mascara on all lashes and highlighter in the corner of the eye! IsaDora Precision Mascara. Eyedust.
