M sa…
Hey! Going to a concert in a week or so, but I'm 17 and there's an 18-year age limit there. People usually say that I look older but would like to be more "safe" Can you not do some makeup that actually makes you look a little older? It should perhaps be added that it is a hard rock concert.
Do you mean like this or?
Hahaha…
Joking aside :)
Funny question actually, it is usually the opposite, but I understand exactly what you mean!
The tricky thing is that a little older often puts on less make-up, while you yourself only look like 12-year-olds with a little make-up (at least I do).
Here you get think psychologically!
Unconsciously, people probably think a little more "child" if you have colorful, for example pink lips or colorful eye shadow. So such make-up would probably skip, even glitter.
I would probably twist it all, and not try on an "adult" make-up. But instead try to see sexy out, with intense eyes!
Then people absolutely do not think that you look childish, and you can at the same time get a rocking party feeling before the concert :)
This make-up (to the left) I did to 40+ on ModernMom.se just now.
Then I added black eyeliner along the waterline and the lower lash line, as well as changing the lips from pink to red. Got a more intense / sexy look immediately, while I have a "mature" eye makeup.
Do you follow? :)
Incidentally, so have high heels also this subconscious effect, that the brain thinks that people are older just because one is tall. Can be a tip :)
Good luck, and tell me how it goes later!
