Making up the eyes so that they look bigger is about combining dark and light colors in the right way. You can also use shimmery and matte eye shadows to get even more effect.
A light and shimmery eye shadow is optimal for enlarging and highlighting parts of the eyes.
A dark and matte eye shadow is optimal for deepening parts of the eyes.
In short, you can say that light magnifies, and dark is used to indicate that you have magnified and to create greater contrasts so that the magnifying effect is enhanced.
Example - If you want a large eyelid, you can enlarge it with a light eye shadow, then it looks bigger. If you also make the globe line look deeper with a dark eye shadow, the eyelid will look even bigger because the contrast / difference will be greater. At the same time, the large eyelid is marked so that it can be seen from a distance that it is large.

Today I have at least done a make-up that enlarges the eyes with light and dark. Hope you like it! :)
The lip gloss is Golden Rose Rich Color Lipgloss in shade 13.
I have used this 4-palette from Revlon
1. Brown shimmery eye shadow at the end of the eyelid, the lower lash line and along the globe line.
2. Light eye shadow innermost on the eyelid and in the corner of the eye.
3. Fade the edges.
4. Dark brown matte eye shadow at the end of the eyelid (to create depth)
5. Black eyeliner thin along the upper and lower lash line, Automatic Eyeliner Line.
White eyeliner along the waterline, Eye Pencil White.
6. Black mascara on all lashes, 3D Lash Mascara.
If you have small eyelids, it can also be good to (as I have done on this make-up) be sparing with eyeliner and paint the brown along the crease line a little higher up than what the crease line actually sits - then your eyelid looks bigger!
The nail polish is Lumene Gel Effect in the shade Wild Strawberry.
