This week has gone brilliantly well!
However, my neck has been in trouble exactly all week and the energy has been at half speed, but not as bad as usual so I am happy and do not intend to focus on it in this post :)
Like old times but still not
The job has now returned a little to normal again, it felt like that anyway when I was a lot at the salon this week and did both office work (in the staff room) and stood in the reception for a few hours.
Annika has started working two days a week, so we will be at the salon more again from this week :)
Work clothes on! ;) Of course Mileya has a nice Creative Makeup body ♥
It has gone well with baby and bookings! Two hours with customers, half an hour for breastfeeding and then two hours with customers again.
When Mileya is awake, Miska usually has her most, when I have her, it looks like this:
Good distribution anyway, I think haha, then I can work both when she is awake and when she is asleep :)
"Now we can get started and make money"
It is clear now that I have had a quiet work period for a while, because the dreaming has started properly again! ”Now we get started and make moneySaid Miska on Friday morning when we started the day but an early cup of coffee in bed and looked at Spain houses. Not because we intend to buy anything now, but to do research in areas etc. Meeen do not you think we found the worst dream house and for a reasonable price !!! I think we have to put forward our life plans for this place haha.
We're talking charm deluxe! Mountain views, pool and Jacuzzi. We're talking about walking on a suspension bridge over a waterfall (!) To get to our house! Yes, I say our house already hahaha. Got cravings like no other and became as excited as a normal person would be only when writing on the papers.
The only downside is that it is not in the hottest area (near Granada) so we have to do some research on what the climate is like. Up in the mountains, it can be very different. Any of you who have experience with the Granada area?
NOTE it is very typical of me to start with 100% as soon as I see something I fall in love with, this definitely does not mean that we decided to buy it and move there immediately;) But I want to! You can maybe go and check it out anyway;)
Then I was so excited by the dream house that I could barely start the working day haha. When you are an energetic person, it is not always just positive, you can also be too speeded to sit on your butt and work;)
My over-excited mood did not improve when I realized "today the hens have been incubating eggs for 21 days" and ran out to the hen house to find THREE chickens! So you do not understand my joy and direct love for these little cuties ♥ Love to live in the country!
Mjiiiiiiiiiiiiih what a cutie!
Meeting with Fortnox
Last Monday we had a meeting with the company that takes care of our accounting etc. We had some questions and fixes that had to be arranged, but above all we were there to go through Fortnox and if it is something for us - and we thought it was so now we'll fix it!
It was only a few weeks ago that I said to Miska "it is so strange when companies want to email their invoice"to save on paper and the environment"Because you still have to print it out for the accounting." In addition, we have lots of boxes and bags with bookkeeping folders because the shit must be saved for 7 years. Is not it ancient?
The answer is apparently - well it's ancient, haha! With Fortnox, you get all the documentation (receipts, invoices, invoices we send) in the same system.
Should be so nice to get started with this! It always takes some time before you get into the routines with something new, but it will be so nice when it's done. Next financial year, the accounting is paperless! Wihoo!
Here they sit and go through the system and how it works. Crazy smart! I've heard of Fortnox before but I thought it's just a billing service?
I really sounded like a superficial beauty industry person when I hatched questions like "is there a nice design on the invoices in the program?" haha, I think that's important!
Hair styling model
Our new makeup artist Shafiee also does hair styling and this week we took pictures for the website in different variants.
Previously, we only had "hair styling 45 min" in the price list, but now we are trying to specify which hair styling you want to book and offer "Hollywood curls", "curly & half-set" and "nicely sloppy knot". Because if you want to book an advanced set, we recommend booking at a hairdresser instead, but it can be difficult for customers to know what is advanced and not, so we took sample pictures of it :)
I posed as a hair model!
Here is the result:
Surely it turned out well? :)
I who can not curl my own hair thought it was such a shame that we did it on a Tuesday night. Then I could not even benefit from it in a blog makeup. But luckily they held up pretty well during the night (even though we did not spray hairspray on me) so in Friday's blog post do you see what the hair looked like the next day :)
That was the week! Now I will probably sit down and write a little on my book, I think. There is no time for that in the weeks anymore.
Hugs are! ♥
I do not really know what your wishes are about the weather, but Granada itself is usually hot during the high summer, the times I have been there it has often been over 40 degrees. I have mostly moved around Fuengirola / Malaga the rest of the time and those as coastal towns can get quite raw most of the year due to the humidity, a problem that the Granada region probably does not have as much of. It rarely snow in the winter, but you can probably count on some rain.
But Granada is an incredibly beautiful city, but full of tourists during the summer, you can think of if you bother with such things :)
Thank you so much for your comment !! Then we know a little more! :)
I have been to Granada (the city) and it was very hot there. However, this was at the end of May. I took a bus there from Murcia (where I lived for a while) and it was desert-like, rocky and mountainous on the way there. Very dry in general all the way from what I remember. Granada was fine. Cozy little town with cobbled streets, old buildings, etc. Do not know how the rest of the region is. Go there and check it out! Fun with dreams regardless. :)
Oh fun to hear !! Yes we will probably have to go there soon and have a look more :)
