What you can think of if she has got a little sagging eyelids that you often get over the years, is not to paint a wide eyeliner but stay as close to the roots of the lashes as possible. Then you get a nice framing of the eye that makes a big difference to the gaze, without taking up any surface of the eyelid that we would rather emphasize with eye shadows!
In addition, the eyelashes look longer if you do not have a wide eyeliner, many older people often have slightly shorter lashes.
