You who live in and around Uppsala and want to be extra spooky on New Year's Eve are warmly welcome to book make-up with me at my salon Creative Makeup on Vaksalagatan 28! :)

Lisa does makeup and hair styling and I do make-up on a conveyor belt. The more bookings we get, the more we open up the schedule, so there are many times!

I have worked New Year's Eve at Creative Makeup for several years, even before we joined forces, this year is the 5th year in a row :) It is without a doubt the most fun work day of the whole year!

If you do a gala make-up or similar on a regular weekend, people usually want to be quite comfortable anyway, so that you can mingle among unknown people, etc. But New Year is usually celebrated with loved ones while you go all in on the glamor look , so then people often want to go all in with glitter and intense eyes, so fun! :)

I really give the mascara two thumbs up!

Application
It is easy to work with and combs the lashes nicely, and you get a nice volume and fullness on the lashes at the same time as they are separated and nice.

Results
The lashes look really good! I like when they are separated and nice but still get a nice bend, length and black results. Lots of lashes without it becoming clumsy or thick :)

sustainability
Durability of the mascara is a must for me, hate when it stains on the eyelid or crumbles under the eyes, then I rather have no mascara at all. But this is really great! And is still easy to wash off if you have a good cleaning.

Look what nice lashes!

The brush is a rubber brush that combs the straws and has the perfect amount of mascara on the brush.

It gets absolutely the highest rating from me! Gives fine lashes with good separation, length and volume and carbon black eyelashes. Easy to apply without lumps and lasts well all day without crumbling or smudging.

Christmas make-up - Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve morning is here, so cozy and nice, Merry Christmas everyone! :)

I'm just going to eat some rice porridge for breakfast with the kids at home. First Christmas without mom, but we celebrate in the house just like before and have it cozy so it feels great ♥

Today's makeup is a Christmas makeup day in honor! A little inspiration on the morning twig before you get ready for the day :) Hope you like it!

The eyes are a smoky cat eye with green tones and gold glitter, a lot of Christmas feeling to the red lips :)

The eyeshadow palette I have used is Idun Minerals Eyeshadow Palette Vitsippa, but the pigment was not good at all I thought, became quite messy despite good primer, so in the 6th picture in my tutorial I have improved the whole make-up with more pigment-rich shadows in similar colors from other palettes. So the eye shadows are just one big mix.

Black eye shadow on the outside of the eyelid and up along the globe line
Fade the edges
Here I filled with eye shadows from other brands in similar colors as the pigments in the ones I used became so chewy…
