The Entrepreneur in Me Part 3 - Passionate about what you do

You know you love what you do when you:
♥ Gets completely red-flamed on the chest and shakes hands when news comes home. Not because of stress, but because you are so excited, happy and eager!
♥ Looking at his to-do list and do not know where to start, but not of stress factors but because you want to do everything now, now, now for it to be so fun!
♥ Lives on savings and has not taken out a salary for two years, but you have no problems at all with hiring new people in the company but think it's just super fun to see everything grow. Last New Year's Eve I wrote in a post "if the company grows in percentage as much in 2015 as it did in 2014, I will be able to take out a normal monthly salary before the end of the year”. And so it has become too, only that my employees take it instead;)

The most important thing for running a business well is to love what you are doing, so that you have the 200% commitment to go all in. Because even if you need a positive mindset and also a little luck sometimes, it requires a huge amount of work and commitment.

And on days like today, I really feel this glow in me, my burning interest in makeup and products. Sofia from Pixi was right here (sister of Petra who founded Pixi) and brought nice product stands for our products in the store. And even though I felt that I had to update you a bit in the blog here first before I put my teeth into the refurnishing, so it just burns in my fingers and I am so excited about the nice product news that I am really red-flamed on the chest because I get so eager Lol!

Amir, who does permanent makeup at the salon, said today that I should move and work in Dubai because I am so good at selling products. ”I? va? Do you think? Why?"Was my answer, and Miska stood next to me and said"she does not even know about it herself”. I certainly do not see myself as a salesperson, but when people ask about tips and products, I answer. It is my passion and that I am so familiar with everything that is on the shelves (not many stores with staff who have tested every little product) that allows me to sell products. But it's not about me trying to sell, I'm just telling you about the products and how they are used, so they sell themselves :)

Now I have to round up and wedge out the store, have a fringe customer who comes at any time.

Pink makeup on dark skin tone

Sandra who works as a makeup artist at the salon made up so nicely with products from By Her the other day, which I took photos to show you.

She has quite a dark skin tone, which makes it a little extra fun to show, so you can see how nice our products are on a person who is not as light as me too :)

Gold dust - Enlightening eye shadow

Since we stopped selling "Annika's favorite shadow", I have received lots of questions if we have someone similar, and still get it regularly. That's why I'm going to tell you about another false eyeshadow - Pixi Fairy Dust in the shade Gold Dust which works to use in the same way :)

You can either use it for whole parts of make-up, e.g. inside or in the middle of the eyelid to brighten up, as I did in yesterday's make-up. Or you can use it to lighten only certain areas, such as the corner of the eye and the brow bone!

Surely it shimmers nicely? :)

The shade is beige-golden, which is a little milder than a white shade, and it looks very nice all alone, as you can see from my make-up above. A little mascara on it and you'll be done later!

Here I have applied in the corner of the eye, the middle of the eyelid and under the brow bone. Easy way to lighten up a make-up, regardless of whether you use other eye shadows as well or not.

Nice huh? Works for everything, both everyday make-up and party make-up :)

I received a cozy Christmas package at Posten the other day with Elizabeth Arden's news Always Red - a perfume that is a tribute to New York with the message "light up the town" where you bravely live out your dreams and define your own rules!

Look so nice:

You feel so well taken care of as a blogger sometimes, who is surprised with such nice deliveries ♥

“The scent is a mixture of blood orange, lush red plums and passion fruit. The heart of the fragrance is an interwoven core of jasmine sambac, pink freesia and rose petals that evokes an intense femininity and passion. The scent is rounded off with a rich base of bristles. ”

Top notes - Blood orange, red plums, passion fruit
Heart notes - Jasminum sambac, rose petals, pink freesior
Base notes - Pralines, reddish-yellow amber, mahogany

Always Red is an Eau de Toilette spray that is available on, among other things HERE and costs:
30 ml – 395:-
50 ml – 595:-
100 ml – 795:-

The fragrance is also available in body lotion which costs SEK 295.

I put on a pafrym spray right away and the first thing I exclaimed was “Oh it feels like I'm going to a party!", It feels very festive :) And it also strongly resembles any other perfume I smelled but can not put my finger on it, it reminds a bit of how my sister used to smell before, and I also have a regular customer on eyebrow plucking as always smells good and she smells almost exactly like this :)

The scent is quite heavy, which I like. Either I want a really healthy and fresh perfume, or a slightly heavier one. This one is heavy but still in the fruity direction, very good! I get a little hungry to go out and dance when I wear it, it feels like a festive evening perfume.

The only thing that is important to know is that it is very strong. I only sprayed once and after 2 minutes my mother said "yes oh how strong it smells" and she was sitting in a completely different room where I had not even been haha. But at the same time it is very durable and smells long, I sprayed in the evening and the next morning I still felt that I smelled of the perfume, and it was about 12 hours later.

I rarely smell a lot of perfume and do not use it every day, so I think about pouring a little into a small bottle that has such a small stick in it instead of spraying. So you can just dab a little behind the ears and on the wrists when you go out some evening. Then it will last forever as well :) Because I like the scent extremely much, but I do not really like it when it becomes very noticeable.

Summary - A really good perfume that makes me want to party! However, very, very strong, so nothing for you who like mild scents, and feel free to skimp when you spray, for the sake of your surroundings as well.

Otherwise it gets two thumbs up, for both scent and durability :)
