It will be a quick Sunday post today, it's evening already!

My weekend has been so packed that I have not had a second to write here, but I do not have time for it next Sunday either, so now I took the time anyway. That from time to time there are Sunday posts only every other week feels ok but no more haha.

I have barely had time to blog this week at all for that matter, but next week you will get at least two step-by-step make-ups in any case because I have already arranged that! :)

Christmas presents for the staff!
This year I have spent several hours (answer yes, I am careful and slow while it takes time haha) to show my awesome colleagues how much they are worth! Everyone has received a Christmas calendar that I made myself, which is filled with make-up and beauty products.

I'm almost jealous myself because I've been doing so much with them here that I thought this morning "well now it's finally December 1st !!" but I do not have my own to open haha!

168 beauty products in total, it has been great fun to do! :)

I bought cardboard bags and stickers from Clas Ohlsons, perfect for my own Christmas calendars because they can stand (unlike cloth bags) and are the right size.

Our maternity makeup artist Lisa also got one so we invited her to the salon for Christmas presents and baby cuddles!

Disturbed routines = long working weekend
When I have various things planned on different days, then I will not be so efficient. Some people might have preferred a half day at home and a half day out on the fan but I work best with a full day at home and a full day out on the fan :) Now I have had many things planned that in themselves were not so great, but it has been spread out here and where it takes both unnecessary time and energy. Two fun weeks but not optimally planned! You can not succeed all the time!

In addition, we have traveled a lot this week and had to plan after Annika's life puzzle with baby, because we lent our car to a person in need for two days :) Then sometimes the days become unnecessarily long with many interruptions.

Due to this, all non-emergency tasks have been postponed until the weekend. It was a long time since I had such a long to-do list! That's why the weekend has been packed but now I'm done with all the musts, pjuh :)

Podcast Recording - Really Effective
You may have wondered if the first podcast episode will not be published soon, the answer is yes it does and we have now also recorded episode 2! :)

We have postponed the publication a bit due to Tommy advertising for an education in the podcast that has not been possible to sign up for until now. But yesterday I pressed the publish button!

I'm just waiting for the podcast to be approved by iTunes (you have to do that the first time you release an episode, then it goes fast). So you can only listen to via Soundcloud still. But I write as soon as it is available on Acast, Poddcaster and all the usual places where podcasts are available!

Episode 1 is kind of never good on any podcast, I think haha but still above expectations .. You haven't gotten into it yet. Episode 2 was recorded last Friday and it already felt much better!

The pod is called "Effectively for real" and is about entrepreneurship and business development :) Tommy with his long experience who now works with developing other companies, and so little I as a contrast who is more inexperienced and recently made all the mistakes you make in the beginning. Fun combo anyway!

Swatch images and stress head
I have not felt particularly stressed this week but sometimes you are so confused that you start to wonder if maybe you should unwind a bit haha.

Many of Paese's lipsticks have been discontinued and I therefore needed to take new pictures of the shades. In addition, the shade pictures were old and I wanted to photograph the shades more clearly. Very important when you have customers who shop online!

It is I who decided our range and I see our products daily on store shelves and in the webshop, yet I managed to get myself that we had five shades of Paese Argan Oil Lipstick, but we have six pieces !!

Here I am satisfied with my swatch pictures, completely unaware that I will have to take photos of them another day when a shade is missing. How is that even possible, there are not many people to keep track of haha.

I was early for a meeting last Saturday (about my upcoming make-up brand) and then sat and put the pictures together:

No picture of shade 14 !!! Noooo!

It's not very difficult to take another photo and add another day, but I also took full pictures and wanted the same make-up and light on all of them.

Finances, business plan, meetings, testing, agreements
I felt like a good customer of the company that takes care of our finances when I already in the morning of December 1 already sent in the salaries for November - a Sunday as well! I learn to have been first of all their customers;) So the salaries that are paid 25 Dec, but you get wabs, sick days, etc. in arrears. "November salaries" may sound like the opposite of early otherwise;)

This morning I sat with financial reports for the company I run today, but it is now time to start starting the new company for my makeup brand as well. Namely, I need project agreements with producers to be able to move on to the next step in the make-up formulations, and to sign agreements I must have the limited company ready.

January 1st the share capital needed to start a new AB is reduced so I thought to wait until then, but after some feedback from the company that manages our finances (and will do so for the new company as well) so maybe I should start already in December due to benefits of dividend space if I start before the turn of the year. Anything like that anyway, so this part of running a business is not my strong point! But you can not like all parts equally, but they must all work anyway :) Luckily you can get help! ♥

I have (almost) finished our business plan and budget as well, which I presented to the person who will sign the agreement between me and the producer on Wednesday. In 1-2 weeks I will sign the first agreement and then we start step 2: start producing test formulations "for real"! I am currently testing a package and it is WONDERFUL but I am so damn picky so even there there must be some improvements! The producers will get it tough;)

Here I sit in a café and work with a budget after customer bookings at the salon and before a meeting with the business plan!

Things are moving forward in other words, but you have to be a little free too - and I will be soon !!!

When you have a boyfriend who:

1. Want to watch Bachelor 2019 with me, good luck! The only program I follow. You know when the guy is going to date lots of girls and give roses to those who are allowed to stay, and in the end only one girl gets the last rose.

2. Which stands out with my nagging about Africa and safaris throughout the programs, because this year Bachelor is recorded in South Africa!

And already there I am the happiest in the world. But it continues!

3. When you have a boyfriend who after a long working day stands with a rose in his hand when you get out of the shower. "Do you want to receive my rose?" he said with a big smile hahaha! So funny!! God what I laughed!

4. Then he brings out two glasses of bubbly behind his back too! In other words!! What a night!

5. "You have received a letter too" he said just as I was about to sit down at the table and still thought that the surprise was "just" a cozy evening with bubbles. In Bachelor, the girls receive letters about who should go on a date that day. NEJMEN there in there were plane tickets !! To SOUTH AFRICA !!!

Nejmen then !!! This is an early gift because we celebrate 10 years together December 25 ♥ We go January 18!

Lion! Giraffes! Hippos! Crocodiles! Zebror! Luxury hotel! Car rental! I faint!

We are gone for 10 nights. He has booked flights, hotels, car rental separately and we will book safaris on site. Then it did not become so expensive! This was the only thing on my bucket list in life but I thought it would cost a lot and was a dream for the future, but now there is only 1.5 months left! :)

BEST GUY IN THE WORLD! Not only with surprises but in everyday life too haha!

And I received the rose, of course;) We will stay in two different hotels, one located by a lake and then there will be safaris and excursions. Then another that is by the sea! Longing !!
