Now there is only one week left before August is over and then comes the autumn month of September! Already now I have started to be inspired by autumn, summer may be wonderful but autumn is so inspiring and motivating I think, a bit like a new year!

Therefore, I have now selected some autumn-inspired products from Yves Rocher as I was going to tell you, everyone should treat themselves to something new for this gloomy and cozy season, I think. A little scented candles, skin creams and lots of make-up! :)

This fall, I'm primarily obsessed with dull lip colors, muuums! All of these are Yves Rochers Moisturizing lipstick except no. 24 which is Grand Rouge Lipstick.

Murriga Pencils are perfect when you want to add something extra to everyday make-up! My favorites this fall are the shades 06 Bleu, 05 Vert and 01 Brown.

Yves Rochers Volume mascara I have told you about before, I think it is super good! But did you know that it is available in blue and brown as well? I will use these a lot this autumn, preferably together (one on the lower lashes and the other on the upper lashes) they emphasize each other so nicely with warm against cold.

Highlighter is what you lighten the face with to highlight selected parts, such as the nasal bone, in the middle of the chin, under the eyes and in the middle of the forehead. The parts "pop out" a little more if you apply a light color right there!

Finding a good highlighter for the face is very difficult, I think, I prefer powder form but have not previously found someone I really love to work with. Most are shimmery (which is also nice but not what I am mainly looking for) or give hardly any effect at all.

I have long been looking for a good highlighter that is matte and pigment-rich and at the same time natural on the skin, so that you can really work out a shape on the face. And finally I found it (!) However, it is an eye shadow and not a highlighter, but the result is really good!

The eyeshadows are Paese Kashmir Eyeshadow in the light shades 605 and 667 - one is light and neutral and suits us with light skin, while the other is warmer and a little darker and suits you with darker skin, for example you who are tanned now after the holidays :)

It's so fun to not only get compliments that you're nice (which of course I also love) but also to get compliments for something you make it really hits right in the heart!

Now I sit and check different clothing pages, oh what clothing anxiety I have before the Blog Awards! Do you have any tips? I first thought of borrowing from the press office so that you can be a little luxurious for once, but it's still a festive event, think if anything happens to the clothes! I'm pretty clumsy by myself, and there are always clumsy ones around as well.

At the same time, I can not directly afford to buy anything either. Hmmm… :)

Well, now I'll enjoy it's Friday!

Yesterday I was at an event with Weleda who offered afternoon tea in connection with the launch of their new product series, you can read more about it at Modernmom.se :)

When I was in a bit of a hurry to leave, I wanted to do a quick make-up that was "a little extra" while it would still be an everyday make-up. Here is the result:

I spent most of my time getting a nice foundation (with YAG Mineral) and then I smacked on some lip pencil, eyeliner, shimmer in the corner of the eye and mascara. Fast as attan it went! :)

Perfect with a trip to Stockholm as well, so I got to put the durability of Golden Rose products to the test! And I can say that I am very happy with everything, I still looked almost freshly made up when I got home!

Turquoise green eyeliner pen along the waterline and the lower lash line, the Golden Rose.
Light shimmery eye shadow in the corner of the eye and under the brow, Annika's Favorite Shadow.
Black eyeliner smoked along the upper lash line, Paese Linea Automatic Eyeliner.
Black mascara on the upper lashes and the outer lower lashes, Golden Rose.

The eyebrow pencil is also from Golden Rose, it's really good!

Organic skin care

I got home a super sweet package from a blog reader a few weeks ago, she has started making her own organic products and wondered if I would like to try - which of course I want! :)

The lip balm and face cream are the only ones I have had time to try so far, and the first impression I am very happy with! I basically always use caring lip makeup during the day, but at night I have used the lip balm and it is wonderful in fact, so it will be a faithful companion in the handbag during unmade-up days. I can already see in front of me how I will improve it on the beach in Cape Verde this fall;)

It should be really fun to try everything anyway, because since they are natural and organic ingredients, it should not clash so badly with my Sanctum products, I think!

This is how she wrote in the email to me:
“Through my almost 38 years, I have tested most things in skin care. Has now started using organic skin care. Have now tested both the rose series and weleda and am not completely 100% satisfied. So I decided to make my own products. I do as it looks now lip balm, body butter, face lotion and body lotion. Buy only organic ingredients such as coconut oil, pomegranate oil, beeswax and much more. ”

I think so much fun with driving and engaging people! Camilla does not have a shop or the like yet, but I think this with organic products is such a good market that she will definitely be able to run the company with a profit as soon as she gets started!
