Smokey eye tutorial

2

The move back home to Miska's apartment yesterday went well, but shit fries so much there is to do, imagine the day we move completely and have to move just about everything! Fy so hard (nice to be able to think so too so that I do not just have to long for that day). But now at least all the makeup is in place and in order, and I have also taken the opportunity to clean out a lot of old so it feels great :)

Here is the first step-by-step make-up since the summer started!

I chose to do a cold and smoky party make-up that I think many of you who read will feel good about :) Hope you like!

An intense and dark party sweep that at the same time brightens the gaze.

How nice is not this light-orange matte lipstick? It is from Golden Rose and will be in the webshop soon, I love it! :)

smoky-eyes - step-by-step

I have used these two eye shadows Byher 40-palette.

make-up-step-by-step

1. Silver eyeshadow in the middle of the eyelid.
2. Black eye shadow innermost and outermost on the eyelid.
Fade the edges and blur the black along the crease line.
4. Black eye shadow at the bottom of the lower lash line.
5. Silver eyeshadow in the corner of the eye and at the bottom of the lower lash line.
6. Black eyeliner along the waterline and the upper lash line, Paese Linea Automatic Eyeliner.
7. Finish with black mascara on all lashes, Golden Rose.

Pump bottles and screw pens

2

I just had an email conversation with a girl who got a production error on an eyeshadow primer she bought from me, it's a pump bottle but the pump did not work. It all ended with her writing today "Asked my boyfriend to check it out, and after probably 5 minutes of pumping it came”And after a bit of a dirty joke about it, I sat down in front of the mirror to do the day's make-up.

I would then try a new eyebrow pencil with a pin that you screw up, but no matter how much I screwed, the pin was no longer! And with the primer conversation fresh in my head, I thought "it might take a while before the screw function starts" and sat and screwed for 5 minutes….

…. before I realized it was a pencil to sharpen! The plastic thing I screwed on was just a removable plastic thing that showed what color the pen is, haha.

This is more or less how my facial expression was then :)

Wasted minutes maybe, but I'm just glad I realized it before I emailed the company and told about the "production error on my eyebrow pencil" haha!

Cosmetic tattoo

Annika at Creative Make Up posted a picture on her Facebook that I can not help but show you, she is so heavenly talented!

The other day she had an eyebrow client who has lost one whole eyebrow, and this is the result immediately after the tattoo:

The only thing I wish was for Annika to invest in a better camera haha, but do you see it naturally still? Natural but still perfect :)

To do list

1

Today's plans are to clean out the summer and plan for the fall. I have lived with my mother for a few months as Miska's apartment is a sauna this season, but now instead my "make-up room" in my mother's garage is too cold to work in, so now I will move to Miska again :)

This is what today's to-do list looks like:

  1. Enjoy another cup of coffee
  2. Pack all the make-up + photo stuff and take it to the apartment.
  3. Take all the make-up + summer clothes I do not use from Miska's apartment home to mum.
  4. Pack the autumn clothes from mom and take it to the apartment.
  5. Clean both at mom and Miska.
  6. Post.
  7. Pack the weekend's orders.
  8. Make new orders for products that are few in stock.

In other words, I will do a lot of good that I do not have time for when I put on my make-up and blog all day otherwise :)

And when I start putting on make-up at Miska again, I will put on make-up in the same room as I take photos, which means that I can start doing step-by-step make-up again! Wiiiiiie! :)

A little cozy inspiration like this in the autumn rain :) It's pouring rain and thunder here in Gimo anyway, and I sit with a big sweater, a cup of coffee and lit candles in the kitchen that has become dark in the evening because it is so overcast outside.

It's really "mischievous" as my darling usually says - cuddle with Miska :)

Have a really great Saturday everyone!
