My makeup corner

I'm not sure if I can do my make-up now, it's starting to get so much. Well, at least I did not go down without explaining myself first.

This is because I have played and organized a lot in my updated make-up corner that I wrote about earlier! :)

Sooo nice, the storage drawer is as good as it gets. Perfectly high, does not take up much space and the drawers hold lots of stuff!

ikea hurts

Surely it turned out fine?

Much that could be honed, of course. For example, a real dressing table (which I actually own but do not have room for) and maybe nice jars to put the brushes in. But so far, dining tables and beer glasses will suffice;)

You can not see the model, hahaha. Stöööökigt was the word!

Now I got a place for my wonderful Kosta Boda lipsticks with, love, love, love!
Have a big Kosta Boda nail polish at home too, so nice :)

Every now and then I get the question if I can not show all the makeup I have. And I always thought it would be fun, it's a lot! But it's always so messy as I never have everything in front of me, a lot has been in old make-up bags and freezer bags in a closet. If you do not have room for everything, you do not have.

But now that I have it, and also have order and order, then I must take the opportunity to show you! :)

Here are pictures of my newly filled make-up boxes:

Eyeshadows and glitter.

My "use-almost-every-day-box" :)

Eyeliners, mascaras, eyebrow products and false eyelashes.

Primer- Primer, concealer, foundation, pillows, blush.

Lips!

The bottom drawers are much deeper:

All palettes!

(As well as makeup remover and the dustpan I clean the make-up mirror with, they got such a good place there)

Hair and skin care, at least the products I use the most.

Foundations in shades that do not fit.
And some nail polish!

The last box contains good and mixed, product samples, tape for fun make-up, business cards / flyers, small jars, a can of powder…

I think that everything sees very little out now that it got so scattered, I'm used to having everything packed together and messy!

Although I can admit that I have some stuff left at home too…;) But that makeup is so old that it should really be thrown away.

But I find it so hard to throw away makeup that is both nice and works, even though I may not use it. It does not feel like an eyeshadow becomes stale when it is left untouched in a make-up bag as well.

Well, I hope you found it a little interesting to see how I feel! :)

Makeup storage

2

Oh I'm so happy right now !!!

I turn 20 on July 13, and today Miska came home with a premature birthday present for me- A tall, white storage drawer where I can have all my makeup!

Miska and his friend are currently in the process of assembling it. They swear and sweat, while I sit and plan how to organize everything in the boxes :)

Is on Ikea for you who are hungry!

Maybe you should add for those of you who have not read it before, that Miska's apartment is so small that I basically can not move in here even though I am here all the time. There is no closet space for all my things etc.

But since I "basically" live here, of course I still have a make-up ear - the dining table! And even though I try, it's hard to keep everything in order, and it's pretty quickly a bombardment of makeup and beauty products! We eat on the couch.

I have mine large makeup bag there, but it's so full so if I need anything at the bottom I have to tear up everything in the way.

But now it's the problem out of the world, and I think Miska is almost as happy as I am! ;) Think when we can afford a bigger apartment together, then I'll fix the world's finest make-up room!

The inspiration is flowing here at home right now, you should know! :)

My perfumes

I'm, despite being a beauty freak, not one of those girls who has a whole shelf full of perfumes.

Perfumes are super fun, and I love walking around the store and smelling different bottles!

But I myself am someone who likes to find "my scent" that I buy again and again. I kind of want my scent to be ”that's what Helena smells like" instead of "do you have that perfume on you now?”

I currently have two perfumes that I switch between, usually one for a party and the other for everyday!

This fragrance from Armani (Eau de Parfum) is the one I have used the longest and who feels most "Helena".

I can never stop having it at home! The scent is quite heavy in my opinion, HERE it says:
“A fresh, floral scent with hints of wood notes. Fragrance notes: Top: Orange, Ginger Heart: Orange blossom Base: Honey, Sandalwood ”

This is my second perfume, Tarot 14 La Tempérance (Eau de Toilette)

I often have this at parties to feel "extra nice". It's like curling your hair, straight is just as nice, but since I always have it for everyday, you feel extra nice in curly at a party!

HERE it says a little more about this:
Exotic ambrette seeds mixed with intoxicating iris, soothed by smooth musk.

The harmony of light and darkness, of freshness and warmth, of volatility and depth, structure and flow: the zest of the noble ambrette seed in harmony with rose pepper is balanced by the darkness and depth of the iris flower. The floral structure and ingenuity wrap in traces of flowing musk and elegant patchouli. ”

How do you do it, do you have lots of perfumes or have you found the right one? :)
