Sun eczema - Do you also get a rash from the sun? Help against sun eczema!

Many people suffer from sun eczema / heat rash as soon as it becomes summer, and I also get a rash from the sun. Therefore, I have to tip about this against sun eczema and rashes.

I get it every time I go abroad!

sun eczema Do you also get a rash from the sun? (Help against sun eczema!)

This is what it looked like in Fuerteventura two years ago.

I could not sleep because it itched so much, got up in the middle of the night and took an ice cold shower to relieve my sun eczema a little. ”Cold, but nice"I remember thinking.

Do you also get rashes from the sun? (Help against sun eczema!)

The hand was completely swollen from the rash!

But before this trip to Greece I was prepared, and thanks to that I got almost no rash or sun eczema at all, even though we were there for two whole weeks.

Here are my top tips tips for sun eczema and sun rash:

1. Maxosol tablets

I was tipped off by a blog reader about the supplement Maxosol, and I am eternally grateful! Maxosol contains substances that prepare the skin for the sun, and one eats one tablet a day (preferably start 2 weeks before sun exposure).

The tablets are for you not to burn as easily, and also to make the tan last a long time. It does not say anything that it helps against sun eczema / rash, but I noticed a huge difference! And so did the blog reader who tipped me off :)

Maxosol is available for purchase at Lyko.se (adlink)

2. Do not burn yourself

The times I have had a burn, I notice that I get a lot more sun eczema on the parts that have turned red.

3. Sun protection factor

Even if you do not burn yourself without a sun protection factor, if the skin has already acquired so much color that it can survive, the sun protection factor will still help with the rash! Sun protection is available for purchase at Lyko.se (adlink)

4. Bada

If you sunbathe and have access to a pool / sea / lake, feel free to take a dip from time to time to cool the skin!

5. Cooling mist

Use a cooling mist that also contains sun protection factor. It is simply a spray that cools the skin! Super good! This one was allowed to come with me wherever I went in Greece. :)

I followed all these tips in Greece, and the first four days I was completely free from sun eczema / rash (they usually flare up the first / second day otherwise). Then I got a little rash on my feet and one hand (mini-lite that barely itched).

It was only when I was careless with the sun protection factor for the last three days (fuck me) as it flared up a bit on the back and chest as well. But not even close to what I usually wear!

I have suffered more from mosquito bites than sun eczema, so to speak. :)

Hope my tips are helpful against rashes of the sun and that you do not get sun eczema! Feel free to write a comment if you have any questions or concerns.

Mojito

5

Here is another make - up that I tried to publish in Greece (this one you got a sneak peek at a few days ago)

Drank a mojito drink mix at the same time, and only realized when I finished where I got my inspiration from;)

This is what it looked like when I was tinkering.

Is really tired now after the first day at work, when you had two weeks holiday. You have, as it were, managed to stay above when it comes to doing good!

Only three weeks left before I quit my job though, then it will be a lot of blogging! :)

Hugs are!

Now we are home again!

It felt very heavy to start the day in a deck chair, and a few hours later come home to rain. Want to go back….

But it felt a little better after being at home for a while, and realizing how soft and comfortable the bed is, and how incredibly fast the Internet we have! :)

Anyway, here comes one of the makeups I have tried to publish in Greece, and failed. But the one who is waiting for something good!

All eye shadows are from iMys 40 palette.

White eye shadow In the corner of the eye.
Light gray eye shadow deepest on the eyelid.
Gray eye shadow in the middle of the eyelid.
Dark gray eye shadow at the end of the eyelid.
Black eye shadow at the end of the eyelid and along the globe line.
Pink eye shadow at the bottom of the lash line.
Purple eye shadow at the end of the eyelid.

Gold glitter liner at the bottom of the lower lash line, True Gold Glitter Eyeliner.

Black eyeliner along the waterline and the upper lash line, gloMinerals Precision Eye Pencil (Black)
Black mascara on all lashes, Fiberwig LX Mascara.

Lip-gloss, Lumene Raspberry Miracle Lip Sorbet (17 Come Into Flower)

So, now my blogging should continue as usual again! :) Now I'll crawl into a soft and cozy bed, work tomorrow.

Hugs are!

You can excuse a little bad update, the only way to get new photos is to post them via Instagram.

Sad to go from here, but it will be very nice to have the Internet as usual again!

What are your best tips to keep my skin, skin and hair from drying out in the summer? Any good product? Wash more / less?

Response: Wash less! In the summer you like to shower more often than in the winter, when you feel stale after a hot day, etc. The same thing with the face. But water dries out both skin and hair. Use dry shampoo instead when you feel you need to shower (I like the dry shampoo from Batiste, is available in different scents and hair colors and you can buy it at, for example, Eleven.se and Kicks)

For the face, I recommend that you use a make-up remover that you do not need to rinse off with water, but only clean the face with cotton pads or a towel. I like L'Oréal Paris makeup remover, which is available at Kicks for example!

I can also recommend hair oil for the hair that you massage into the tops. There are many good ones, look what brands they have at your nearest hairdresser. I also like TRESemmé's new hair oil in the Keratin series. As for the skin, I can recommend the skin lotion MiniDerm from the pharmacy :)

hi, now in the summer I prefer to go without reaching a lot of products on the face. but I have some pimples around my nose, it's just a few pieces. I usually wear concealer, but have you got any tips on anything other than make-up you can have on your pimples?
Reach good find remedies that are cheap and work that you can buy at ica?
Or any face mask that you can make at home? :) btw, love your blog!

Response: I actually recommend Lactacyd, a cleanser that is available at most grocery stores for around SEK 40. It restores the skin's natural pH balance and contains lactic acid. It works well for me! In addition, I like Neutrogena's new "Black head peeling", I scrub it with every shower!

When it comes to makeup, I personally think that a regular concealer is best, although perhaps a mineral concealer that still cares for your skin. For example from gloMinerals! Cleracil has a special "stick" that will both remove pimples and cover them while treating. However, I do not think these work well at all, and besides, they have a little strange pinkish shades that barely fit someone's skin color.

I happened to pluck too much on my eyebrows, help what should I do now ?? I happened to pluck over the eyebrows and yes ..

Answer: At the moment, there is not much to do, except to fill in as much as possible so that you get a nice and even shape. So keep picking the rest of the eyebrow the way you want it. But they are growing! :) The straws on the top of the eyebrow usually take a little longer, but in the end they come back. Then you can start again, and if you are unsure of how to pick, go to someone who can! It usually does not cost more than SEK 200 at the salon, usually even less, and then it is easier to keep the shape on your own.

Hope you are happy with the answers! :)
