When I apply black eye shadow or my eyeliner H&MÂ on the inner lash line (the upper) so drafts the even off a little on the lower.
And when I put it on the lower lash line, it is not as intensely black after a while.
Though I've always been satisfied but my black eyeliner from H&M.
But last Thursday I had to borrow some make-up from Sister Mia just to test what I thought of them. And I became completely in love in this eyeliner from Smashbox!
It did not smudge at all, and fits super well!
