Today's make-up is a discreet but still a bit fun make-up, where I pimped my eyeliner with blue dots!
It is super easy, just paint an eyeliner as usual, then mix false eye shadow and Mixing Liquid (goes safely with water also depending on eye shadow) and dab on with an eyeliner brush :)
