Almost always when I match my outfit with the make-up, these are colors I talk about to get a balance in the whole.
But this time it's contrasts!
I love contrasts, partly because it gives balance so that the look is not only "sugary" or just "tough", but also because I like to clash a bit. It's almost like complementary colors, they are straight opposites and therefore they emphasize each other - it becomes a bit the same principle when you mix styles too :)
The day before yesterday I had a dark sweep (whose copper shadow highlighted my blue eyes) which was quite hard and tough. I made this a little sweeter with the help of two braids!
When I then had to get dressed, I wanted to bring in both tough, sweet, and fine-tuned, so as not to go too much in "one direction".
Tough details: Smoky eyes, sweater.
Cute details: Two braids and a big smile :)
Finished details: Nice pants and heels
It's so hard to make the makeup look good when you take outfit photos of yourself (I'm a beginner at it) so I just cut my head in from the makeup photos! :)
