Lip pencil on the entire lips

"Fine! Would you like to do some kind of tutorial on how to apply your eyeliner wing? Think it's tricky! (classic!) Another question too: When you apply lipstick on the entire lips (and do not intend to apply lipstick) - do you have something under / over the lipstick for better results? ”

Super good when you ask questions and wishes so I get tips on what to show you! I showed an eyeliner tutorial yesterday if you have not seen it already :)

As for the lip pencil, it's a little different actually. But most of the time I only use lip pencil on the whole lips and nothing else.

This is because the reason why the lip liner lasts so long on the lips, it is precisely because it gets quite dry. A creamy product "slides around" on the lips and smears more easily when you drink, etc. If you have a creamy product under or over the lip pencil, that durability effect disappears a bit.

Here is a nice ombré lip that I made this summer with only lip pencil, read the post here!

But some lipsticks are a little too dry, so then I usually use a lip balm underneath before I apply the pencil.

Some lip pencils can also be quite creamy, and then I usually use a primer for the lips for extra durability! Nyx Lip Primer is a good lip primer that I can recommend.

Another tip to get more shine even though you have a lip liner on the entire lips, is to dab a little lip gloss or lipstick in the middle of the lips only. Either in the same color or a lighter shade, or transparent. Then the lips get a little more life and shape if you do not want completely matte lips :)

Hope you are happy with the answer! ♥
