Make up redness before & after

Here are pictures of a customer who did makeup consultation ink. products with me at Creative Makeup :) She has redness and a little eczema on her face so we focused on an even base with luster, and then a fairly everyday make-up in general.

I also picked my eyebrows before the consultation which also made a big difference :)

BASE:
Face primer - Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer
Foundation - Pixi H2O Skintint (2 Nude)
Concealer - gloMinerals Under Eye Concealer (Beige)
Powder - gloMinerals Redness Relief Powder
Contouring & highlighter - Pixi Book of beauty contour creator
Rouge - gloMinerals Blush (Papaya)
Fixing mist - Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist

We started with a face primer that evens out the skin and gives a lot of radiance for a nice glow in the skin. Then a water-resistant gel foundation that sinks into the skin and sits great. Then concealer on the areas that need more coverage, as well as a powder that neutralizes redness after that.

To emphasize her facial features, we did contouring and highlighter (both matte highlighter and with luster) and a rosy blush on the cheeks.

Eyebrows - Pixi natural brow duo (Natural Brown)

We filled in the eyebrows with a brow pencil that is shaped like a triangle (gives a very soft filling) and brow gel with a little color. And so we plucked the eyebrows before.

EYES:

Eyeshadow Primer - Pixi eye bright primer
Eyeshadows - Paese Opal Eyeshadow (Melba)
Light eyeliner along the waterline - gloMinerals Eye Pencil (Peach)
Black lashliner / fringe marking - Kryolan HD Cream Liner (Ebony)
Mascara - Magnetic lash mascara

For an invigorating everyday makeup, we used light eye shadows with luster and framed with lashliner (lash marking). Then we brightened up the waterline with an off-white pencil and finished with mascara. Quick and easy for everyday use.

Lipstick - gloMinerals Suede Matte Crayon (Demure)

Wish you a wonderful start to the new week ♥

  1. Nice result but not much difference in the redness. My best tip is to also use a neutralizing primer. Zuii Organics has a green primer, I know. If I remember correctly, does Pixi by Petra also have a green / yellow?

    • There is an absolute big difference in the redness, but can understand what you mean in the pictures because we have you photo corner at work and the pictures themselves are a bit red-toned because there was backlight with the window behind the screen she is sitting in front of :) Pixi's green primer is super good but they have unfortunately stopped with it, so sad !!
