Hairology is not sold online without hair consultation and hair analysis (not allowed in any case, however, has seen that it exists) and it is because the whole point of the products disappears without hair analysis and consultation.
Because:
- 80% of the strength of the hair is inside the hair and can not be known by looking or feeling the hair, to know if the hair needs more protein or moisture and how it feels, you have to do a hair test. A brittle hair can feel dry, but that does not always mean that it is dry but maybe it needs more strength.
- Hairology products are active and if you happen to buy a shampoo for hydrophilic hair when you actually have very hydrophobic hair, your hair can be worse than before. It's like using the wrong skin care.
- Hairology is not only for your hair, but also the scalp and desire for results. For products that suit both hair and scalp, a consultation is required before purchase. In regular stores, you have to choose between "volume shampoo", "dandruff shampoo", "moisturizing shampoo" but not with hairology - then you get products that are suitable for all levels.
- In the products, the hair specialist mixes in extracts and additives (such as protein that provides strength, lecithin that regulates moisture, magnesium for oily hair, stinging nettle and hibiscus that triggers blood circulation and is soothing for your scalp, almonds and coconut for colored hair, etc. ). You will not get these tailor-made products if you buy shampoo online without a hair test and consultation.

In the picture above you see what our hair test device looks like. You stick a strand of hair in a specific test paper and then put it in the device for analysis. Among other things, the device pulls the hair until it goes off to see the strength, and some are pulled very far while others go off immediately, very interesting!

I have been using Hairology for several months now, and never want to go back to anything else! The only thing I agree to test (for review purposes) is hair styling and silicone-free shower products. Are silicones bad for the hair or not? Read my previous post about this here.

Usually there are 3-4 products we recommend as a starter kit (then we can of course suggest more depending on need, but 3-4 is what is usually "needed"). It depends on whether you have 1. long or short hair and 2. if you use products with silicones today that must be washed off.
It costs SEK 757 with shampoo, wrapping and conditioner, which we recommend everyone to use. For many people, we also recommend multi treat, which is + SEK 269. Multi Treat is a multi-product that both washes clean and is caring, I usually describe it as a cleansing hair wrap that also cares for the skin. You can read more about it in the webshop, but the most important thing it does in the beginning is to wash the hair clean from silicones, if you have long hair, you should also continue to use it in the lengths as a cleanser because the shampoo is only for the scalp. So, 757: - or 826: - as a start. And the products are incredibly expensive! :) Hugs!

Is eager to test. A little silly question; how long hairs do you need? Is it enough for me to cut a few centimeters or should it be almost from the scalp? :)

Hi Malin! What good that you ask, should specify it in the text :) It does not have to be from the scalp, but it is easier to test if it is not very short. If you e.g. have the most problems in the lengths, you can cut a piece from the top of the hair and up to the middle of the hair, and otherwise you can cut quite far up and we measure in the middle of the hair. We can do hair tests on short hair as well but usually recommend having at least 3-4 centimeters. Hug!
