Creative Make Up has offered teeth whitening with Brilliant Smile at the salon a few dates for a long time, when Emelie Nixon, who owns the beauty salon Epic in Stockholm, came here and made reservations from time to time.

It has been so hugely popular and well-liked by our customers, that from March we will offer full-time teeth whitening! :)

Emelie Nixon has been here and held a training for Sandra and Jeanette this week, and at the end of February they will go to a basic teeth whitening training with Brilliant Smile in Gothenburg, and then you can start making an appointment!

Exactly how the treatment goes, I will return to in a later post, thought to fix some step by step pictures when the training is finished and then go into more on what there are for different alternatives.

It is therefore not possible to book treatment with us properly yet, but you have to wait for 2-3 weeks.

But you can read more at Brilliantsmile.se for so long, and we have already kicked off with products that give you whiter teeth Byher.se! There you can already buy mouthwashes and toothpastes that give whiter teeth. I will write a more in-depth post about it soon too, but I noticed a difference (even though I was a little skeptical hehe) after using the mouthwash + boost toothpaste for only two days! So these are really good products :)

Here are two before and after pictures I took during the training with Emelie, one transformation Sandra has done and the other Jeanette has done:

Difference huh? :) If you have a lot of discoloration on the teeth, more treatments may be required if you want completely chalk-white teeth.

And this bleaching is after only half the duration of action, and yet the result was so good! Here is a complete picture of the satisfied subject, who is actually Annika's brother:

Glossybox & eyebrow tutorial

Today came my Glossybox, yeeey! :)

In this month's Glossy Mag (the magazine that comes with each Glossybox), I have done the make-up in the article "Fix the shape of the eyebrows" which you will find on pages 10-11 in the magazine.

The eyebrows were filled in with Benecos Natural Brow Pencil in the shade Brown which costs SEK 69 on Byher.se. Anja (the model in the pictures) liked it so much that she actually bought it from us here on site after the photo shoot :)

This month's Glossybox is in the sign of love, super cute! ♥

As luxurious and fun to get as usual! My box contained these 5 products:

Rouge, toothpaste, face primer, colored eyebrow gel and a brown mascara primer. I fell for the primer for the mascara, it will be super fun to test! :)

Really fun shoot to be part of, in March I am also part of a corner in Glossy Mag :) Longing until I get to see the pictures, I think they will be so crazy good looking!

Mystic purple makeup

Today's make-up I did while I was testing a new product for the first time, a liquid transparent liquid that has a bit similar properties as Mixing Liquid from Make Up Store (that you can mix it with eg eye shadows) but this is a bit more slightly in consistency and should also act as an eye shadow primer to e.g. make shimmery eye shadows look more metallic.

The product is called Drop & Fix and comes from Paese, but I have to test it much more before I take it to the shop so it is not available to buy yet but hopefully it qualifies in the webshop for my first impression is really good! :)

In today's make-up, I used it both as a primer, and to get a false eye shadow for a liquid eyeliner.

The lips are gloMinerals Suede Matte Crayon (Demure)

Bassmink:
Face primer - Paese Makeup Base (Matte)
Foundation - Pixi H2O Skintint (Cream)
Powder that neutralizes red - gloMinerals Redness Relief Powder
Contouring - Pixi Book Of Beauty Contour Creator
Rouge - gloMinerals blush (papaya)
Makeup Fixing Mist - Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist
Dehydrating powders - Paese Bamboo Silk Powder

Eyebrows - Benecos natural brow pencil (Brown)

Paese Drop & Fix on the entire eyelid
Brown eye shadow on the entire eyelid, Pixi Book of Beauty Minimal Makeup Palette
Fade the edges
Mix Yag mineral eyeshadow (Mystic Purple) with Paese Drop & Fix and paint an eyeliner along the upper lash line.
Continue painting an eyeliner wing
Apply the same purple eye shadow along the lower lash line (without Paese Drop & Fix)
White eye shadow in the corner of the eye and under the eyeliner, Paese Kashmir eyeshadow (601)
Mascara on all lashes, Magnetic lash mascara

As I said, the first impression of Paese Drop & Fix was very good, you have to take superlite / fix properly with eye shadow so that it does not continue to be creamy, it felt so creamy and thick in consistency that I was actually skeptical that it would last when blinking for an hour. But it only lasted until I washed it off in the evening! Both the eyeliner and the eye shadow :) So it bodes well.

What do you think about a product like this? If it keeps its promise, that it works both as an eye shadow primer and to mix eye shadows with (and attached glitter, I think it should also work), would it be a product you would like to see in the webshop? :)

Makeup consultation before & after

Last week I had a make-up consultation including products (it costs SEK 795 and then you get products for the entire amount as well which you can choose freely in the store) and took before and after pictures of her which is always just as fun! :)

She had a lot of redness on her face, which became even more intense as soon as I started touching the skin, and since we have such great products to cover / neutralize redness, it was an extra fun make-up to do!

I have shown some make-up with the products I got at the event with Kat Von D Beauty last week, and tomorrow there will be another make-up :)

Therefore, I thought I would show you all the products a little closer and tell you what I got for the first impression of it all, so you have some idea of what it is I have used!

Eyeshadow palette in purple, blue and silvery tones, no matter how nice! The shadows are pigment-rich and easy to use.

Nice colors huh? :) These were the two left shadows I used the most in the make-up I published this morning.

This makeup brush comes in a black, hard case, which is super good if you are going to have the brush in the toiletry bag or pack it in the bag. Best protection :)

The brush is a duo brush with a soft, rounded, fluffy brush at one end, and a smaller and more compact brush at the other end. The straws are incredibly smooth and soft, great!

This is an eyeliner just to my taste! Tattoo liner is like a brush with straw and you get incredible precision with it. It will be carbon black, sharp and both rub-proof and waterproof.

As you can see in the picture, this is not a felt-tip pen like many liquid eyeliners in pen form, but this is like a compact brush with straw and a super-thin tip.

I have not had time to test the lipsticks at all yet, but look what a nice sleeve! So damn cool!

I brought with me an orange shade and one that is more brownish red ♥

The mascara looks a little scary in some way I think, the brush is big and I think of some kind of medieval weapon when I see it, like a battle club haha. But it is actually really good and you get separated lashes that get a nice fullness and volume, and it is very easy to use :)

However, I experience that it can crumble a little when you have had it for a whole day.

And one of my darlings - Liquid Lipstick! Incredibly creamy and wonderful formula, but which very quickly becomes completely matte and very durable, I love it :)
