Bridal make-up

Last Saturday I did two wedding make-ups (bride + bridesmaid) who were actually in Gimo, so nice to not have to go that far :)

I was at the hairdresser (Ann's Salong) and did make-up there, but we met in my apartment and did test make-up a week before, so I also have nice "studio pictures" that were taken in my apartment before the wedding that I was going to show you at the same time.

On the test make-up we tested colors and roughly how we would do on the big day, but the bride would go and work later and did not want as sharp make-up as at the wedding, so they are not quite the same but the test make-up is much milder.

Here is the result!

So here you see the test make-up, nice huh? :) The eyes have a fairly round shape, and then it is super nice if you make up a more elongated cat eye shape that opens up the gaze even more, great!

Face:
Face primer - Paese Makeup Base Smoothing
Foundation - gloMinerals Pressed Base Foundation (Honey Fair)
Sunscreen - Paese Bronzing Powder (2M)
Rouge - Paese Powder Blush (43)

Eyes:

Lips:
Lip pencil on the entire lip - Dr. Hauschka Lipliner (03 Soft Rosé)
Lip Gloss - Paese Balm Lip Gloss (621)

I often use gloMinerals Pressed Base when I make up others, and that's simply because I started working with them and know all the nuances without it. It goes so fast when you can just look at the customer and say what shade they have, smoothly :)

Here you see the result of the big day! Then we had the chalk-white eye shadow Paese Kashmir Eyeshadow (601) innermost on the eyelid instead, and brassed on extra with the dark tones.

The roses for the hair have Felicia's Flowers from Gallerian in Gimo put together, incredibly nice!

Surely she became fine? I also photographed the bridesmaid which you will see pictures of soon :)

Just to test how it would be, I filmed the other day when I sat and put on my make-up, only from unmade up to basic make-up and eye makeup!

I did not have time to take pictures step by step, and filming and talking at the same time, etc. is also time consuming, so to show you more closely, I just turned the film camera straight up and down. Then I fast-forwarded the film, so you do not have to sit and watch for so long :)

I have, after this film, solved how to change the settings to get a brighter picture, so this film is still a bit dark but from now on the picture will also be better. And of course I'll start with movies where I talk and so on, this was just another test. Hope you like it anyway!

And yes, the reason I sometimes smile in the movie is because I listen to HanaPee's incredible podcast at the same time, and they are so much fun haha :)

White eye shadow innermost on the eyelid and in the corner of the eye, Paese Kashmir Eyeshadow (601)
Brown eye shadow at the end of the eyelid, along the globe line and the lower lash line, paese Opal Eyeshadow (Caffe Latte)

Several of you guessed right in yesterday's blog post, the new brand that is now in the webshop is Pixi !! :)

So now Pixi in Sweden is also on Byher.se, and I absolutely love this brand! Natural, caring, nice and at the same time practical, simple and smart products that have really high quality and are absolutely wonderful to work with.

Some products were sold out at the distributor so I have started with their basic products such as base makeup, pencils and eyeshadow primer, but I will bring in more of the range as soon as possible. There is nothing from Pixi that I do not like, and a bird has whispered in my ear that their news for the autumn will be really awesome too :)
