The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer

I want to tell you about a super nice highlighter that I got a press sample on, which is perfect for you who like a lot of effect!

The box is so heavenly nice too, so charming!

The highlighter I'm talking about is The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer which works both as a highlighter, shimmer and eye shadow.

If you take a little on a fluffy brush and lightly sweep over the cheeks, forehead and chin, you get a discreet shine and radiance on the face. But if you take more, you get an illuminating and more shimmery effect that is nice in the corner of the eye or on the entire eyelid as eye shadow.

I think it's great! You should be light on the hand so that you do not get a too shimmery effect when you have it on your face, but with a little you get a very nice and effective result!

In this picture you can see how the highlighter differs depending on whether you apply a lot or a little. To the left of the picture I have put only a little, and to the right it is as strong as possible.

Fint va? :)

lustrous pillows

Here you see before and after the highlighter in the face. Do you see that I have much more luster in the right picture?

The box contains 8.5 grams so it will last a long time, and costs SEK 185 HERE , they also have free shipping.

Any of you who have tested this? What do you think? :)

Now I will go to Östhammar again and paint my face! Yesterday I also had my sister Malin with me as a companion, which was really wonderful because there were so many children so it had become a bit of a struggle alone. But today I am myself, but I do not think there will be as many people on a Sunday so it will even out.

Now I have to knit :)

Hope you all have a great Sunday!

Color blonde eyebrows

It had gotten dark outside when I had this eyebrow customer at the salon last Thursday (worked late), but since you have wanted more pictures of customers, I still took photos before and after on her eyebrows even though the photo light was not optimal :)

So the pictures are not so good, but you see the difference anyway!

Fixing blonde eyebrows is one of the most fun, I think, because the difference when you color can be so huge. It is namely the case that many blonde eyebrows have so many very bright straws, that one hardly thinks that they exist before because they are more like fjun. And when you color the eyebrows then they come out and make it possible to fix a really nice eyebrow shape :)

In other words, here are before and after pictures of the pick and color of a blonde customer I had last Thursday:

What a difference :) You can not even see in the model that there are straws to make such a shape.

Then we dyed her lashes too, but I have no picture of that. But they are very long and now also carbon black. ”I'm like a whole new person nowShe said before she left there haha ♥

Hope you all have a wonderful Saturday night!

Face painting in Östhammar

The time this morning has just run away, and I was really just going to blog fast now to say that I do not have time to blog, hehe.

Now I will go and paint the face of a child at a fair in Östhammar, it is both today and tomorrow but only between 10-14 so I have time to blog when I get home, and hopefully plan some posts for tomorrow as well.

Have a wonderful start to this great Saturday for so long! ♥

You probably will not miss the campaign with the super nice TRIWA watches that you get a 20% discount on, which I wrote about in yesterday's post when did I match this make-up with the watch? :) I have a collaboration with Klockmaster in Forumgallerian in Uppsala, you enter "TRIWA Spring Campaign" in the store and you get 20% cheaper, perfect as a student gift or if you have to buy a last-minute gift for Mother's Day on Sunday :)

Now I will pick out some make-up and products on the kitchen table here at home, I have a bridal make-up + bridesmaid on the 6th of June who will come to my house for test make-up today. Cozy!

Hope you have a wonderful Friday ♥

Do I have my creative make-up out among people?

1

A common question I often get, and most recently got a few days ago, is if I go out with my makeup even when I do a little more creative and colorful eye makeup - and the answer is yes!

Now I do not do such crazy make-up as e.g. Linda Hallberg, but I understand what you mean :)

The only times I wash it off just to show myself among people, it's partly if I have very teary eyes which I have at times. Then it can sometimes get worse from the make-up if I have done something more creative, when you have long peeled around the eyes and used some strong products such as. Mixing Liquid.

Or if I, which happens from time to time, have tested a product that I do not like, e.g. a foundation in the wrong color or that becomes chaos with my oily skin, then I do not want to show myself because it feels like people think the result is bad because I am bad at what I do. Anxious haha.

But e.g. a few days ago I went to ICA like this, and am so used to it myself that I did not even think about it:

IMG_3873_111

And the follow-up question is always "do you get a lot of reactions?", And I answer that question - not as much as you might actually think.

If I'm in Gimo, the people around me are probably so used to it, at ICA they know that I can come 100% party-fixed on a Tuesday morning and then completely unfixed and sloppy on Saturday night. And people who know me are so used to them that they hardly reflect anymore haha.

But if I move in other places, there can sometimes be compliments, e.g. at checkout in stores and so on. I have probably never received so many compliments as when I worked in the lunch restaurant at Länsförsäkringar. But no it's not super much actually, I see that people look a little extra sometimes but they rarely say anything.

Once it happens, there are always compliments! And I get just as happy every time :) To hear that you are "nice" and "good looking" and such is nice most of the time, even though you sometimes get tired of the whole look fixation. But to give compliments for someone's make - up is to praise the person's talent and creativity, and that's one of the kindest things you say to someone I think :)

More color and protruding make-up for the people I say! ♥
