The nude lip gloss is back!

0

When I started selling Paese Manifesto Liquid Lipstick which is a full-coverage, creamy lip gloss, the nude shade 901 was sold out immediately, and it did not take long before it was completely sold out at the wholesaler as well. But now it is finally available on creativemakeup.se again !!! :)

The formula contains about 85% natural ingredients and is based on moisturizing oils. In addition, it contains Vitamins A, E and C which nourish the lips. Costs SEK 79!

Perfect nude shade for us who have already become winter pale :)

Hug hug!!

Makeup tutorial

Today's make-up is a colorful but still quite dark make-up that highlights and lifts the eyes. Hope you like it!

I made the ombre lips by applying light pink lipstick on the entire lips and then dabbed red lipstick on the sides so that it became a nice mixture.

Red lipstick –  Paese Lipstick with argan oil in shade no.44

I have used these shadows 40 palette from creativemakeup.se. I chose a matte black eyeshadow instead of the one in the palette, simply because I did not want a shimmery make-up.

1, Pink eyeshadow over the globe line.
2. Black eye shadow at the end of the eyelid and along the globe line, Paese Kashmir Matte Black Eyeshadow.
3. Blue eye shadow next to the tip of the eyelid.
4. Purple eye shadow next to the center of the eyelid.
5. Light eye shadow innermost on the eyelid and in the corner of the eye.
6. Fade the edges.
7. Soot it down black eye shadow a bit down on the lower lash line.
8. Black mascara on all lashes, Xlash mascara.

Hugs are!

The makeup artist goes to the hairdresser

What do you not do when your best friend so eagerly wants to lighten your hair but can not afford to go to the hairdresser when she is studying to be a nurse? Of course you go to ICA, buy some bleach and foil and get started even though you have no idea how to do more than what you have seen at the hairdresser:)

My tools - The shaft from a narrow make-up brush to catch the loops, and a foundation brush to brush on the bleaching!

It was completely pitch black out when we were done so I can not offer any before and after picture, but it was actually good! From what you could judge despite the darkness, that is, hehe. Hope she was just as happy today when she woke up :)

You who know this probably laugh a lot at my foil wraps haha, I never said I'm good; ) "Stay there stupid foil!" was a recurring phrase when I worked. Next time I go for this mega-thick and incredibly long hair, it's probably loops with a hood that apply because then it's not in such a hurry, the first loops bleached super long compared to the last ones I did!

It was my Tuesday night in other words, a little different but a good experience; )

Last day to vote!

I just wanted to tell you that today is the last day to vote in the Tendenz Stylist Award, the winner will be chosen on Saturday and then we will know what placement everyone has received!

You vote here (it's super easy, just kick in who you like the most!) and if you want to cast your vote for Monica Werner, I will be super happy as I have made up all her competition photos:)

The first prize is, among other things, a photoshoot worth SEK 30,000 and that's why I so want Monica to win, then maybe I have a chance to get make - up for that photography, which would be super fun !!

Here you see super nice Monica + all four contributions we have made!

What is your favorite picture? :)

IsaDora Twist-Up Eye Gloss Highlighter

0

Here is the review IsaDora Twist-Up Eye Gloss Highlighter which I used in today's brown sweeping!

This is how it is described:

IsaDora's lovely Twist-Up Eye Gloss Highlighter gives luster to your eyes! This flexible screw pen slides smoothly on your eyelids, and the glossy eye shadow works both as a highlighter and eye shadow.

By applying several layers of eye shadow, you get a more intense result, and if you choose to apply a little less, you get a softer look. Thanks to shimmering mother-of-pearl, it creates a glossy highlight effect and can easily be tinted with both fingertips or a brush. A soft eye shadow in pen form that is easy to apply, gives a fantastic result and works both for everyday and for parties!

Generally:
To be completely honest, I do not understand the thing with the pen from the beginning… Cream eyeshadows are generally super nice and easy to use, but why would a thick pen make it easy? It's so big! Possibly it would have worked better if the shape was pointed instead of round.

I have only tested the shade Vintage Brown and there I can probably say that there are many common brown eye shadows that give an equally fine result. This pen is rich in pigment and super nice, but I can imagine that it is more worth having in light colors, light pink and silver are often more effective in shimmery cream form.

Application:
The eye shadow has a reasonably creamy formula that is smooth and lovely, it becomes quite sharp when applied but is relatively easy to fade with a brush so that you get nice and soft toned edges. Mthe chubby pin shape does not make it directly easy to apply on small eyelids, not even on my eyes I access all the way to the corner of the eye, it is not even easy to apply along the lower lash line and it is simply because it is too big .

Results and sustainability:
In other words, you can get a really nice result with this product even though it is not really as easy to use as you think. However, it does not get a good final rating from me as it does not dry after applying it but is still a bit damp, which means that the nice sweeping is like two lines on the eyelids when you have blinked for a while. This despite the fact that I primed with eye shadow primer and a light eye shadow before I applied the cream shadow.

Conclusion:
The end result is nice but the pin is too big and the durability is too bad for me to want to use this again. In my opinion, it is definitely not worth SEK 119.

Any of you who tested? What did you think?
