Today's natural make-up

Darkness and early mornings I'm not really used to at the moment (has been spoiled during my time as unemployed, he he he)

So here is a bad one flash image on a morning tired day's make-up - Shallow, a little shimmer with Kryolan Eyedust and mascara.

Must find a solution to this image problem! Check out the shadow next to the nose as well. And the pictures turn completely yellow.

Any photo expert tips? Linn? ;)

Makeup hygiene

If you make up more people than yourself, then you have to be very careful with the hygiene in your make-up! (Otherwise too, but then you have to blame yourself)

There are thousands of things to think about, but here come mine five most important hygiene tips!!

1. Many people suffer from cold sores, and you can do it yourself without knowing it. Use one separate lip brush for shine / pins, both when you make up yourself and others.

2. Eye infections and other eye diseases are easily spread through eye makeup. When applying makeup to others, use one separate mascara brush. (A tip is to save the brush when throwing away your old mascara)

3. Sharpen Always use lipsticks and eyeliner before using them on others, so that they are as clean as possible.

4. Wash your makeup brushes often!

5. You can use your fingers when applying make-up, if they are clean. But never fingers in the makeup jars, where the bacteria can thrive! Use the shaft of the make-up brush, put the make-up on your hand and work from there instead.

Then just drive! :)

Autumn make-up

Good morning World!!
Before, I took all my makeup pictures with me flash, but when I realized how much better pictures it will be in daylight, I started hateto shoot with flash.
The images get shadows in a completely different way, and feel more "blurry" in some way.

I often even choose to ignore my make-up when the sun is not up. But now it's getting closer darker times, and it is no longer obvious to be able to take pictures in daylight.

So it's just as well to get used to it! Here's yesterday's make-up - with flash.
Light yellow-white shimmery eyeshadow on the inside of the eyelid, in the corner of the eye and on the bottom of the lower lash line, Kryolan Eyedust (No.1)
Brown shimmery eye shadow at the end of the eyelid, Eleven 180 Palette.
Orangecorall shimmery eye shadow along the globe line, Eleven 180 Palette.
Dark brown matte eyeshadow at the end of the upper and lower lash line, Glo Minerals gloEyeshadow (Kona)
Light yellow-white matte eye shadow under the brow, Eleven 180 Palette.
White eyeliner on the inner lash line, H&M.
Navy blue mascara on all lashes, Max Factor False Lash Effect (Deep Blue)
(You see in my face that I'm not really happy, haha)
Bright red lipstick, Eleven 66 Color Lip Palette.

Now I'm going to work. Still feels weird to say so;)

Have a nice day everyone!

Woke up this morning, checked the blog and saw this comment:

Miska - I talked to my boss this morning, and that job I mentioned earlier has become available if you're interested.
I - How do I apply then, is it out at the employment service or?
Miska - No, you can start working tomorrow! But can you come in today?
I - Vaaa?!?!?!?! Yes okay, I'll take the bus in 45 minutes!

(Thought this picture was a bit appropriate, haha)

Shit fries what a day. One second unemployed and the next second at work!

So I'm working on it right now Länsförsäkringar! (At their lunch restaurant, but it sounds much cooler to just say that you work at Länsförsäkringar) ;)

As well as training as a stylist and running a makeup blog.

Multitasking! : D

Test eye shadows on the hand

Sometimes the eye shadows do not turn out as you thought when you put them on the eyelid.

Two shades of the same color may have looked completely various out in the palette, but on the eyelid you see almost no difference.

Or you used to think that the colors would fit very well together, but when you then put on make-up, it did not turn out as well as planned.

One tip is to test on the hand how the eye shadows look together before you start putting on make-up!

Do not forget to have primer on your hand as well, if you have it on your eyes.

If you want to "break off" with a completely different shade, this is also a good way to test which color looks best!
