I - But you're a vegetarian, aren't you?

Make Up Store competition

Last Saturday I signed up for a make-up competition held by Make Up Store. You had to send in a picture of a make-up you did, 12 people got to take part in the competition.

The day before yesterday I was told that I came with :) So today I ran and Nicolin to Stockholm, she was my model that I would put on make-up. Super nice of her to show up on a school day!

I had planned to do a really colorful make-up, which is still really nice at the same time as it stands out. However, you would use MOUSE makeup, and the colors you had to choose from were basically brown, gray and dark green. So my plan went a little to the forest.

But a dark party make-up is nice too! A bit awkward as I was not allowed to use my own makeup brushes, it's really a matter of taste what you like to work with. But I got ready in time (40min) and felt satisfied anyway!

Afterwards I invited Nicolin to lunch because she had taken care of herself, haha.

You can see a bit of the make-up in the picture too :) Love the lips!

And I was proud of myself, despite the circumstances :)

It is not until half past seven tonight that there is a vote Åhléns City (so you who have the roads past can go in and vote for me, hihi)

I have no idea when I will find out if I have moved on or not, but if I do, I have the chance to win one. makeup training!

However, I do not think I will win, because it not is a jury that judges without people coming there. So all other competitors will call theirs buddies who will vote for them, and I basically have no friends in Stockholm.

But it was really, really fun!

To be able to apply a nice blush, it is a big PLUS to have good products.

I have tested some that give a lot of color, you barely touch the brush and then you still look like a Easter witch. And some who are quite the opposite, you take more and more and more and more, and yet you get hardly no color at all.

But gloMinerals gloBlush powder red from Creativemakeup.se is meegabra. There is a fair amount on the brush, it is available in many nice colors and it stays on all day!

GloBlush contains antioxidants, vitamins and a broad-spectrum sunscreen, which protects the skin.

My favorites are Papaya, Rosebud and Sweet.

(Unfortunately do not have pictures in all colors)

Papaya is a rich pink shade, which is colorful but not too scream-pink.

Sweet is similar but more discreet "ballet-pink".

Rosebud is a softer pink, and darker than Sweet.

Innocent and Sunset are also two favorites, which go more in the neutral direction than pink.

(Sunset is unfortunately not available on the web shop)

Innocent is soft and a more discreet shade.

Sunset is darker and a bit towards sun powder.

I usually use Innocent more as a highlighter on the cheekbones, and I always use Sunset under the cheekbones and in the temples.

Having a good blush brush is also the basis for a nice blush. Here is my favorite, which is soft and slightly skewed!

Today I did the kind of makeup I like best - to do, not walk around with. Feeling we have 'Run out of gas' emotionally, but think about it!

I really love mixing lots of different colors, and playing with deltas!

A very colorful make-up, but somehow still cool make-up.

All eye shadows are from Eleven 180 Palette.

Light green eye shadow on the inside of the eyelid.

Green eye shadow in the middle of the eyelid.

Darker green eye shadow at the end of the lower lash line at the end of the eyelid and along the globe line.

Black gray eye shadow along the globe line (for a more smoky impression)

Pink eye shadow in the middle of the lower lash line + a "wing" at the bottom of the lower lash line. As well as across the globe line.

Yellow eye shadow under the front of the eyebrow.

Gulvit eye shadow in the corner of the eye, under the brow, and under the pink on the lower lash line, Annika's favorite shade.

Turquoise eyeliner on the inner lash line, Yves Rocher Waterproof eyeliner.

Dark blue mascara on all lashes, Maxfactor False Lash Effect, Deep Blue.

Lip-gloss – Glo Minerals GlóLipGloss, Lily.

Now I will make up Nicolin, some preparations for a competition that Make Up Store has organized, which I will be part of tomorrow. Exciting :)

Then I hope for a better brain in the sewing room, so I do not have to crack all night haha.

I usually like Mondays, the feeling of a new week with new forces!

Today is not that kind of day.

You know when you really are should go to bed, but have so much to do so you shit in the mood and work on instead?

The result is that everything works wrong, and in the end you have spent twice as much time and energy on something that would have been very simple - if you had done it another day.

So now, after a number of hours in the sewing room, I'm going to spend the evening doing that crack! :)

But one should not complain :)
