Shading, highlights and blush

People usually talk about "shading" and "highlights", and that is simply what you put on to shape the face more after you have laid foundation.
Shading is a slightly darker shadow you put in the "deep" parts of the face such as under the cheekbones and in the temples.
And highlighter is the opposite, a lighter shade you put in the places you want to "pop out" more, such as the nose, cheekbones and forehead.
Most just use rouge, a more pink shade, but it's really just to give the skin a "healthier" tone.

Here's a little quick review on how to apply shading and blush (usually do not use highlights on the face)
Har exaggerated a little with the make-up so that you can look as good as possible, otherwise do not have this much blush as it easily becomes too unnatural :)

Only foundation and filled eyebrows.
Of course you see quite flat out?

Have used blush GlóBlush Sunset, which is a little more to it brown the direction.
Have put it under the cheekbones, on the sides of hakan and in the temples. to give the face a more 3D look.
(Had I put the highlighter, I would have put it in the middle of the chin, on the nose and in the middle of the forehead.)
Then I added one more pink red on the cheekbone, GlóBlush Papaya.

Finished with one shimmery brighter pink blush on the top of the cheekbones and on The "apple cheeks".
The blush gives a little more color, and the shimmer gives a highlighter effect that lifts the cheekbones even more.
GlóBlush Sweet.

The blushes I have used are from Glo Minerals "GloBlush Powder Rouge" and is available at Creativemakeup.se!

Hope this was helpful!

Coffee maker

I have finally indulged in one really own coffee maker, so now I can drink as much coffee as I want, all the time !!! (Can be dangerous)
But I, who otherwise usually feel much older than I am, really felt like a spoiled teenager when I went into ICA with type 15 buckles and would buy coffee ”it can not cost more than 20 at leastI said to Frida.

Took a package without even checking the price and went to the checkout, until Frida mentioned that the coffee cost over SEK 40 (!) Then I turned on my heel and went home and stole coffee. mother instead! :)

Surely it is beautiful?
Treated me to a BIG cup this morning.
Surely the blanket I got from Miska as a birthday present is absolutely wonderful too? It has sleeves !! :)
Happy girl!

Pick and fill in the eyebrows

There was a lot of work with Frida yesterday, and as you can see in the pictures I published earlier, she got filled and fairly marked eyebrows.
Thought to show a little how I went about it!
To begin with, I plucked her eyebrows with a pair of regular tweezers. Frida has a pretty good shape from the beginning, so I just removed some unnecessary straws that did not belong to the shape.

Above all, Frida has very many light straws around the eyebrow, which are not really visible that much, but they make the shape stand out less and still make it look a bit "messy".
Used one whetstone to the lightest straws that are difficult to remove with tweezers.
A very simple tool, which sounds dangerous but there is no risk of cutting yourself as it is not sharp that way! I use a whetstone from Creativemakeup.se, 35kr.
Before eyebrow plucking.

After eyebrow plucking.
You could get the brow more shaped, but then you also have to pick them narrower. You simply have to choose.
Also got rid of the "sprawling" at the beginning of the brow closest to the nose!
I filled also in her eyebrows. Many people do not do it because they already have a nice shape naturally, and that is logical. But it will be like that big difference still that I can not help it :)

Started filling in with a pencil.
Used a brow pencil from Glo Minerals in the color "Blonde".
Think it's a great choice too blondes, as you can easily get darker if you press more with the pen. But it will also be very bright if you are light on the hand!

The result with the brow pen!

Also tested eyebrow shadow, which usually gives a more natural result.
Use these two shadows from Glo Minerals. Mixed the yellowest shade in ”Taupe"With the light shadow in"Brown”.

The result with brow shadow!
A little unnecessary to buy both the brow shadows maybe, I could mix because I already had both. But the brow shadow ”Taupe"I think I'm so good for blondes, if you're like Frida blond but not very bright, I recommend buying the, and then mix a little with a regular light brown eye shadow instead.

All eye shadows does not fit well as brow shadows, therefore there are special brow shadows as well. But you can find one that works well, and in this case when you mix with a brow shadow, there are probably no problems.

Do you usually fill in the eyebrows?
