Life as a young entrepreneur - Quip, key figures and hug meetings

Pjuh what a day I had today! :)

Sometimes you feel that way because you have had a super-creative day with lots of make-up, photos or events with a bachelor party at the salon or the like, and sometimes (like today) I feel that way because I have sat on my ass in front of the computer and got so heavenly a lot of corporate work done!

Yesterday I sat all evening and followed up our key figures + set new ones for April-June. Key figures are specific figures that are measured and followed up a little extra, usually those that are not clearly stated in a report but that require some work to obtain.

And today we started the day with a hug meeting (which we call our staff meetings haha, hug stands for kunstructive, roligt, alla moath workers) and went through our common to-do list.

Then I compiled all the key figures in a new document that we will fill in together, can show a picture of some of the document for you who are curious :)

Erased all "sensitive information" even though you probably had not understood so much of our organized mess haha :)

This is simply a document with various key figures that will start to be filled in with new figures now 1 April! It takes time to put the puzzle together, but then you just write in all numbers after each day at the top (you see the bottom of the document) and then everything is counted automatically when down so you can easily read and compare. So once it's done, it's rude! Then you can e.g. see how many % of working hours you have bookings, how well you follow routines, etc. Very fun indeed!

The document works a bit like excel, with codes and such, but we work in Quip which is an app where you have common documents, to-do lists, info, chats and can tag each other in different news, etc. Sickly smart for entrepreneurs, we have even our budget there in :)

Now I have to thank the job for today, go home and just be completely free for the rest of the evening (answer no it does not happen every day hehe).

Hope you find it interesting with some insight into how I work with the company. Order is important! Both me, Miska and Annika get started on it haha!

Kiss on is! ♥

IsaDora Eye Sculptor Bar - Smokey

Today's makeup is a smokey eye that I have done to test IsaDora's new eye shadows Eye Sculptor Bar (adlink) in the shade Smokey.

I was in a hurry in the morning and made a quick smokey eye, and think that the shadows are well pigmented and easy to work with! No wow shadows but actually better than what IsaDora's shadows are usually I think, many of their shadows can be a little too crumbly otherwise I think. But with this palette it went quickly and easily!

Hope you like the look :)

Make-up the eyes brighter - Make-up 50+ before & after

Today I had a make-up customer who had booked a make-up consultation ink. products, then you get make-up and get everything explained step by step and products for the whole sum :) So it became a 50+ make-up with more alert eyes! :)

She was very happy and I got to take before and after pictures, so much fun!

Here is the result:

BASE:

Face primer - Pixi Flawless & Poreless Primer
Foundation - Pixi H2O Skintint (3 Warm)
Powders that remove redness - gloMinerals Redness Relief Powder
Contouring & highlighter - Pixi Book of beauty contour creator
Rouge - gloMinerals Blush (Papaya)
Fixing mist - Pixi Makeup Fixing Mist

We started with a face primer that evens out the skin and pores a little extra, then a water-resistant gel foundation. Tiny redness relief powder on cheeks and nose that removes redness incredibly effectively. After the contouring and highlighter (both matte highlighter and with luster) and a rosy blush on the cheeks.

Eyebrows - Pixi natural brow duo (natural brown)

We filled in the eyebrows with a brow pencil that is shaped like a triangle (gives a very soft filling) and brow gel with a little color.

EYES:

Eyeshadow Primer - Pixi eye bright primer
Eyeshadows - Paese Opal Eyeshadow (Golden Brown)
Light eyeliner along the waterline - gloMinerals Eye Pencil (Peach)
Eyeliner - Kryolan HD Cream Liner (Ebony)
Mascara - Magnetic lash mascara

For her eyes, I wanted to use brown tones that go on the warm, golden direction to emphasize her eye color. Surely she has an incredibly nice blue eye color? So there ice blue, nice! We added the eyeshadow lighter on the inside and darker on the outside, which opens up and enlarges the eyes. We marked the eyes with lash markings / lashliner and eyeliner and brightened up the waterline with an off-white pencil.

Lipstick - gloMinerals Suede Matte Crayon (Demure)

So fine! :)

NYX Explicit makeup tutorial

Today's make - up is a request from a reader who emailed me :)

Hello Hello! I saw your cut crease make-up with white and brown that you did the other day, the one where you made a quick cut crease without having eye shadow on the underside of the eyes, great! I would like a cut crease make-up that is more smokey and with a lot of white details, think it's so nice when you do it. But would not want such a great contrast to the colors of the eyelid and globe line. Type light brown and dark brown only. Is it okay? So want a clearly marked globe line as usual but not a protruding color on the eyelid :) Would be very grateful if you want to show this!

Today's make-up is a cut crease look that is not as clear a cut crease as I usually do :) I have a copper / brown eye shadow on the eyelid which is not as great a contrast to the crease line as when I e.g. has white or a strong color.

It will also be super nice!

Hope you get inspired ♥

Blue winged eyeliner

Today's makeup is inspired by my own make-up I did a few days ago, they are a bit similar in style :)

Today, however, I have filled in the eyeliner wing with blue and the application technique around this make-up is a little different, which you can see if you compare my tutorial collages.

Hope you like the look and are inspired by seeing different ways to do "the same type" of makeup!
