Make-up without make-up brushes!

Sometimes the accident occurs, you may have traveled away and forgotten your make-up brushes at home, or as I did now - washed them all and only realized afterwards that I did not have anyone dry to put on make-up with afterwards haha.

Here is a make-up, only from base to eyes, which is done completely without brushes! Only fingers, pencils and tops. Hope you like it :)

IMG_4124_111

Here I am before makeup, completely unmade up.

IMG_4129_111

Both face primer and foundation can be applied with the fingers! Here I have used Paese Makeup Base Matte and Pixi Beauty Fluid (Cream)

IMG_4137_111

Liquid blush! Pixi Cheek Gel is super easy to use, I smeared it with my fingers and it became even and nice right away.

IMG_4152_111

I am addicted to gloMinerals Redness Relief Powder, is always so red around the nose! But if you have powder in a small area, it is actually good to dab with your fingertips as well. At least with this powder :)

IMG_4156_111

Filled in the brows with Pixi Natural Brow Duo (Deep Brunette) and then the base is completely ready! :)

Even if you do not have any makeup brushes, you probably still have a top nearby. It can be the savior in times of need even though this make-up could have been much easier done with a make-up brush.

  1. Blue eyeliner along the upper lash line, Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen (Blue Black)
  2. Fade the edges and "pull out" like a small eyeliner wing at the outer edge with a top.
  3. Add more color, fade out, add more, fade out, etc. until you get a nice smoky eyeliner.
  4. Black eyeliner thin at the bottom of the lash line, Paese Penliner
  5. Dab white eye shadow in the corner of the eye with your fingertip, Yag mineral eyeshadow (Star White)
  6. Blue mascara on all lashes, Yves Rocher Volume Vertige Mascara (Bleu)*
  7. Black mascara at the bottom of the lashes, so that only the tops are blue, Magnetic lash mascara

End with gloMinerals Suede Matte Crayon (Demure) on the lips.

Then it's ready! :)

Was quite nice anyway huh? :) ♥

Cool couple!

It was so damn fun to put on Miska this weekend! He's used to seeing me in different looks all the time, so he does not think it's strange anymore that I change my appearance every day.

But to see him in another look felt really different! It was not such a big change but you felt almost a little unfaithful haha, like it was a new person! Very scary! Especially when we were in "everyday situations" later in the day, like seeing him among the shelves at ICA, incredibly kinky feeling :)

However, this made me think a bit about how it can feel to live with a person who changes his appearance, started thinking about everything from hair color changes to beauty surgeries. Changes like make-up and such feel basically the most fun, you probably get used to it quickly that the other person changes a lot with that. But major changes must feel very strange! I'm not against cosmetic surgery and the like, but I would never want Miska to change anything, I would never say no if he really wanted it but I can not even imagine him with a different look haha. Thought it felt unfamiliar with just with foundation and contouring!

What do you think about this? Do you have a partner who changes appearance often (both with makeup, hairstyles, surgeries and everything imaginable) or have you ever thought about how it feels for your partner if you are the one who often changes your appearance? :)

IMG_4095_111

In any case, we could not help but take pictures together with Miska's rocking make-up! So damn fun :)

KRAAM on is! ♥

Rainbow eyeliner

Now the spring feelings are here again! The other day I saw Canada geese flying back to Sweden from warmer latitudes, wonderful sign of spring! And when I did this make-up, the sun shone so beautifully on the make-up table :)

Hope you like today's colorful look!

  3. Turquoise eyeliner next to the yellow and a little wrapped, it automatically became a medium green shade in the transition.
  4. Blue eyeliner at the end of the lash line.

Green makeup inspiration

0

Today is the last February, no month has probably ever felt so short as this, tomorrow is March! Already!

But that only makes me happy because then I can show you spring make-up without feeling that I am for early out, March is still a spring month, right? Since I have been nagging about spring feelings since January, we do not need to pretend;)

Anyway, I thought I would offer some green inspiration like this last February, green is so nice when spring begins to approach!

Here is a small collage with both semi-new and super old make-up that I hope you will like :)

Which is your favorite? ♥

Pulsederm at Byher.se!

Amir teased me so much at the salon this week for my reaction when the delivery with our wonderful Pulsaderm Buddy finally arrived! I'm so in love with this little device, you know, jumps and bounces, and quite loud shouts of joy filled the store when the delivery finally rang on the door;)

Many of you have probably heard of, and even tested, the popular Clarisonic brush that cleanses the skin much more efficiently than a regular cleansing routine. I have tested these myself, both for the face (with several different brushes) and for the body, and think they are incomparably good!

Then I tested Pulsaderm which is a cleaning brush with the same principle, and actually liked these yet more! And now Pulsaderm is finally on Byher.se ♥

What is Pulsaderm Buddy?
Pulsaderm is an American skin care brand that, among other things, manufactures the wonderful cleansing brush Buddy - a cleansing tool designed to fit the hand perfectly and make the skin cleaner and softer than ever! I am a cleansing addict and know how a cleansed, soft skin feels, but I have never had such a clean and smooth face as now! :)

I also usually use it on the lips, best ♥

The brush has pulsating movements that gently exfoliate, massage and cleanse, and at the same time start the blood circulation, which is great for the skin. Buddy is compact, light and cordless, which makes it easy both to store at home and to take with you when you travel.

IMG_3821_111

What are the positive properties of Pulsaderm Buddy for the skin?
♥ The skin and pores become cleaner
♥ The skin is massaged and the blood circulation starts
♥ Afterwards, the skin absorbs more of your moisturizer
♥ In the long run, fine lines and wrinkles can also be reduced.

How to use Pulsaderm Buddy?
Buddy is gentle on the skin and can be used every day. You can use it on both the face and the body, there is a special brush for the body that is a little rougher but the face brushes work great on the neck / décolleté.

  • Moisten your face and brush before use
  • Apply selected cleanser to the skin and / or brush
  • Select the desired speed of the brush, there is a gentle and a little faster
  • Massage with circular motions on desired areas, avoid sensitive areas such as under the eyes.
  • The appliance is waterproof and can be used in the shower (should not be dipped in water)

I always have the fastest speed, I like when there is a little more speed! But always have the slower speed on and around the nose, because there I think it tickles so much haha. Has difficulty with electric toothbrushes also because it tickles so much in the "skeleton". Do you understand what I mean? :)

IMG_3876_111

There are several different face brushes, I use regular which is the coarsest.

IMG_3871_111

I love the body brush! Usually have it in the bath and the skin becomes so incomparably smooth afterwards. You should not pull quickly over the skin but with circular movements slowly move forward, so I rarely do exactly the whole body as it takes some time, but shoulders, upper back and arms usually get a turn. And when it's shorts season this spring, I'll shave my legs and use Buddy the first thing I do;)

IMG_3765_111

What is included when buying Pulsaderm Buddy?
♥ Two replaceable brush heads, one regular and one for sensitive skin
♥ A toiletry bag for storage and travel
♥ AC / EU adapter + USB connection, so you can charge it both through the socket and in the computer or other USB socket

Buddy is available in three different colors, blue, White and pink!

There is also a body brush and a "super sensitive" which is very gentle, they are available to buy on the side. Here you see all the different brushes:

Pulsaderm vs Clarisonic
As I said, I have tested both Pulsaderm and Clarisonic and there are some properties that are different:
♥ Pulsaderm's brush heads are concave, which makes it a little easier to access in certain places (eg around the nose and on the chin) without splashing water.
♥ Pulsederm feels a little more efficient and powerful.
♥ Clarisonic has a timer that turns off the device after a while, so you have to press it again all the time if you are going to use it longer or in larger areas, which I think is a bit disturbing. It does not have Pulsaderm.
♥ Pulsederm is slightly cheaper than Clarisonic
♥ Easier to take on and off the brush, I who have small pinches think that Clarisonic is a little more sluggish when you have to take off the brush head.

IMG_3802_111

Here you see what the back of the brush looks like, just press it onto the appliance, and then pull straight out to remove the brush head. How easy :)

IMG_3900_111

Annika has cleaned the skin in this way even longer than me, and before had problems with small "lumps" on the cheeks, jaws and on the back of the arms, but it has disappeared completely!

Pulsaderm Buddy costs words. price SEK 1195, but we a launch offer on Buddy as right now only costs 995:-!

As I said, there are three different colors, as well as two away heads on the side for SEK 299, which you can buy for. You will find everything Byher.se :)

Get in touch if you have any questions! ♥
